"Mgr Jeffrey offered free estimate next morning. Had two outdoor hoses were unable remove from hose bibs; were seized on. afraid needed new hose bibs! BG sent tech Joseph Lopez who was professional, knowledgeable & personable. After assessing bibs advised cost for removal of hoses and/or to install new bibs. i gave the go ahead to do his best to remove hoses! noted he consciously covered his shoes when coming through home from front to back yards. He patiently & carefully tried a few removal methods including the spray/wrench we had tried. He was finally able to remove them by carefully using a hack saw! He also installed a new hose connecting part on ea bib w/new threads that are guaranteed 2 yrs. It was third of the price new bibs would have cost! We so appreciated the extra conscientious efforts Joseph Lopez made to repair the hose bibs giving us excellent results at economical price! "I have a walkout basement that has trouble in severe rains that floods my basement under the door. We had a small sump pump installed, but it did not help Memorial weekend when we had Biblical rains hit the area. My sump and shopvac were working overtime as the ground was so saturated. I called four contractors for estimates. Falcone was the first to show up three days later. Chris spent a great deal of time talking with us on our concerns and inspecting our property. He gave us a fast and fair quote. Our job was able to be completed within three weeks of scheduling it. It took four days for Chris, Kenny and their crew to install an internal french drain system in my basement and crawl space as well as a door drain along with a sump and backup. They were kind, respectful, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the basement work area and my property when they were done. Maryl in the business office was great to work with. Everyone I was in contact with at Falcone was communicative and very nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend and would call on them again in a heartbeat. Thanks!"

"We shopped around and settled on MVFS because we thought they offered best product. MVFS encapsulated our crawl space plus put in 2 sump pumps/drains. We had it done right before "Debby" and there were some issues due to the amount of rain we got. We called MVFS and they immediately came out and rectified the situation. We worked with Mark (sales), Joe, Dez, Zach and Darryl (encapsulation guys) and all were professional, kind, they explained things well and worked till we were satisfied, even work late nights on occasion. "We had changed the digging because we had to have trees removed after falling. The trees were removed and we were told to raise up the yard and then put the trench in so the dirt was added. We tested this to decide how drainage would proceed. They decided we didn't need the drainage pipe but they didn't remove the cost from the bill. The dirt they brought for raising the ground was shredded wood, not dirt. We had to buy topsoil on our own. The plants that they planted were not exactly what I wanted, but they are okay. They were just what was available at the time, no other seasonal option were offered. He said he never should have taken your job and should have gone to Myrtle beach people because they have more money. I would never use them again or suggest them to anybody. They were not professional."
