"During December Mel did our HVAC maintenance, diagnosed the need for and installed a new condensate pump for our downstairs system and added a UVC germicidal system for our new upstairs HVAC system. We always request Mel for his expertise, knowledge and willingness to explain, and he always does an excellent job. We also had a new upstairs HVAC that was installed by Robbie and John and subsequent duct cleaning and disinfecting by Thomas. "Supervisor and 5 man crew arrived at approx. 8-8:30 AM and immediately began work although it was raining. They off-loaded all equipment to install and tools to accomplish the job.  Supervisor gave a few words of direction and the workers had only a few questions before beginning work...Although 2 days was scheduled to complete the work, with the 5 member crew and 'hands-on' supervisor, they were able to complete all work in one day.  Everything appears to function as contracted and we are pleased with the work accomplished.
