"Mgr Jeffrey offered free estimate next morning. Had two outdoor hoses were unable remove from hose bibs; were seized on. afraid needed new hose bibs! BG sent tech Joseph Lopez who was professional, knowledgeable & personable. After assessing bibs advised cost for removal of hoses and/or to install new bibs. i gave the go ahead to do his best to remove hoses! noted he consciously covered his shoes when coming through home from front to back yards. He patiently & carefully tried a few removal methods including the spray/wrench we had tried. He was finally able to remove them by carefully using a hack saw! He also installed a new hose connecting part on ea bib w/new threads that are guaranteed 2 yrs. It was third of the price new bibs would have cost! We so appreciated the extra conscientious efforts Joseph Lopez made to repair the hose bibs giving us excellent results at economical price! We are very pleased with the results of the work done.  Chris, who Harold had do the landscaping, has an eye for what will enhance the look of the house.  I gave him general directions regarding which shrubs I wanted trimmed, then he went to work and by the end of the day our property was transformed.

1. Dennis and Al, who did most of the painting, worked efficiently and did a very thorough, professional job.  It looks great!
2. Harold did the small carpentry and plumbing jobs, and again did an excellent job.
