"Price was about average, can't complain - don't remember exactly how much or exact service date (disclaimer).  Company screwed up the scheduling.  Installer was busy with personal life and we had to work around their schedule.  Inconvenient.  Came out and sprayed insulation in the garage.  They left the door open to the basement so the entire chemical smell inundated the basement.  The spray was general even but there seemed to be small holes and spaces generally through out the insulation.  When I inquired about the small spaces the response was they generally use the small spray cans you can get at Home Depot\Lowes but that they didn't have any.  I said I would take care of it myself, I had enough inconvenience with the screw up in scheduling.  Other than that went well - it's not that involved, just spray foam. 
They did clean up the mess relatively well, but not perfect."

"Greg came out personally to do the estimate. He was extremely professional and informed us that the quote that he gave us was the firm price to do the entire job and there would be no hidden costs nor would the price go up. Upon receiving our quote, we booked the job about a couple weeks out. Greg came out with his crew on day one of the job and after a quick walk around, they got to work. Greg did not stay as he had other projects to attend to but his crew word quickly and efficiently. Greg stopped by throughout the job to see that everything was going okay. His crew was very professional and kept the work area clean and tidied up at the end of the day. The entire project took 5 1/2 days to complete and what a difference it has made to our house. They enclosed the crawl space with cement board that extended about 1 ft in the ground. When that was finished, they lined the crawl space with 20 mil plastic sheeting and used spray foam to seal the spots between the columns and the cement board. They built and installed 2 access doors so we could easily get into the crawl space if we needed to store anything or make repairs. They also had an electrician come out and install an outlet so they could install a dehumidifier to keep the crawl space nice and dry. Our A/C ducts run under our house and after the job was complete, I have noticed a big difference in the time that my A/C unit runs during the day. I am certain that my electric bill will be significantly lower now that the job is done. I enthusiastically highly recommend Greg and his crew to come out and do any crawl space work that you may need. I know they will beat almost every competitor's price and exceed your expectations as they did mine. A++"

"We thought we had foundation problems and contacted CNT for an estimate on repairs. ED VanOsdol came out at the specified
time to give us a quote. Ed generated a computerized lay out of the structure of the house and then crawed under the house and made pictures of the structure. He indentified one problem area which was minor and a potential problem area. He explained
what was happening to the foundation and because it was so minor, he told me how I could fix it myself. I told him that I would
pay for the inspection, but he said it was not necessary. If I ever do have problems with my foundation, I will certainly use them
for the repairs. I would recomend CNT to everyone. They are very professional and honest.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"We purchased a custom-built solid mahogany door online without really thinking about the finishing and work required to make it a working. beautiful addition to our home. After previous work, Russell and Buddy (RH Builders) were the only ones we wanted working on the door when it was delivered. They looked at the door and recommended a specialized marine varnish finish product instead of our first thought of applying some kind of polyurethane. With the wrought-iron accents to the door's exterior the time-consuming work involved with sanding and applying multiple coats of finish it took some time to prepare the door for mounting. In the meantime he suggested a set of hardware that perfectly complemented the door accents. It was very obvious they appreciated the uniqueness of the door (Russell said he "loved" the door) and understood our desire for a "perfect" door. The care used in installing the hardware and mounting the door demonstrated their dedication to wood craftsmanship. Their professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness just validated our sense that we didn't want anyone else working on our door and that we made the absolute best decision to have them do the work."
