On behalf of my 89-year-old mother, I recently commissioned L. E. Schwartz and Son, Inc. to re-roof her home built in the 1950’s. This project was a daunting mission for me, inasmuch as the Home Improvement Industry in today’s environment is fraught with unscrupulous contractors. The entire experience was very positive although the pricing is pretty steep. They were excellent to work with and ALWAYS exuded professionalism. They came on the day they promised, worked from 8:00 in the morning until 8:00 at night and finished up the next morning. The grounds were clean when they left and the roof looks great. Would highly recommend them and would definitely call on them in the future.

Work began 5/7/18 as scheduled, they arrived on time and worked quickly, due to weather delays and fabrication delays the work continued through 6/5/18. The only work remaining is to complete the scuppers. They have kept me up to date throughout the process and they quickly responded to any and all questions . They are true professionals, and it was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Wendell Brewton. I will use them again for all my roofing needs.

Every single person who I came in contact with was courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to respond if a message was left. We have a one-story house with a big roof, so the roofers were here for two days. I never saw anyone who wasn't working hard the entire time they were here, and they were well trained and experienced. My roof looks great, and I know that if I were to have a problem, Schwartz Roofing will be here to address it.

From the first call we made to this company, we knew we we were dealing with a competent and professional team.They were punctual,did outstanding work and finished the job on time.Wendell and Steven visited many times while the job was in progress and answer any questions we had in reference to the work performed.The crew was polite and neat.

They did most of the tear off and re-roof in 2 days. Came back the next morning and finished up. Good clean up. Quality work and materials, no problems. Very pleased with my decision to use them.

After getting plenty of references, including one from my insurance company as well as a professional roofing consultant, I chose Schwartz to replace the roof on my 2700 sq ft house. They replaced my roofing quickly due to storm damage, and did an excellent job. They were in and out within three days and cleaned up nicely. And as one who pays attention to detail, I can tell you that the finished product is impeccable. I paid for the Timberline HD architectural shingles with a lifetime warranty... yes, a lifetime! It costs a little extra, but as a Realtor, I know it will be well worth it down the road. Not only do I have confidence that I will not have to replace the roof again. The best part is that whenever I resell my home, as a Realtor I know that no matter what the age of the roof is, with a lifetime warranty, the age won't matter!! That, my friend, is a "No Brainer". Another thing that stood out to me. They installed a two-layer flashing around my chimney, which will make sure the roof does not leak around the chimney even if the roof decking settles around the chimney down the road. That was a new one on me, and a small example of the kind of extra effort they put into their work. As a Realtor, I can tell you that it is very common for home inspectors to point out problems with a roof, and practically every time it is due to "improper installation". Well, if you want to avoid that problem, hire the best installer you can, and none is better than Schwartz! So go hire them and don't look back... you won't need to!

Good, last time they were here they went above and beyond. This time, they replaced a few shingles and left.

Schwartz was great! They came out and got the job done in 1.5 days. There was more rot than expected but it didn't slow them down a bit. The worksite was cleaned up before they left and we are very satisfied. Prompt, courteous and fast!

Excellent. Everything was explained and written estimates provided prior to work starting. Extreme professionalism from start to finish. Workers were careful with property (shrubs, rain gutters, etc), Job took longer due to their attention to detail. Manager stayed in daily contact giving updates on progress. Clean up was also done exceedingly well. And , final appearance of the roof is outstanding

Schwartz was very professional. Their crew finished the job in two days, as expected, and cleaned up! Their sales and job site managers are normal people. They are not pushy like many of the big city companies that just want the money. I liked the fact that their job site manager/supervisor knew all aspects of the roof installation process. When you have an insurance claim you will find that Schwartz will be more professional than the insurance company claims department. I will use them again!

The Crew arrived Friday morning @ 7:30 and was finish by 5PM.

They sent a fruit basket and thank you card, but to tell the TRUTH those things were quite unnecessary because their work spoke a whole lot louder than the card or fruit basket. Although the fruit basket thing caught me off guard and made me smile. I don't like to put my weight on contractors but this one seems genuine. They even offered a $50 reduction of my bill to write a review, easy, because of what I saw and felt from the work and workers I would've done it anyway. I will nevertheless take the $50 reduction. Frankly with the stress associated with roofing for home owners this company exceeded my expectation. THANK YOU!!!

Total confidence in Schwartz Residential Roofing after having a wonderful experience last week with ours being installed. From the first call to them we knew that they were very responsive to their customers. The roofers were polite and quiet, their supervisor was always available by phone and updated us twice a day. The finished product is beautiful and already getting positive comments from our neighbors. We appreciate their attention to detail in sending warranties and going the extra mile on customer appreciation. We interviewed a lot of roofing companies but glad in the end we chose Schwartz Residential Roofing! !The crew did a quality roofing job, Clean up was complete and thorough.

It went really well. I contacted Schwartz and we were able to schedule the job within 1-2 weeks. We had some pretty strong rain and winds during the week when the job was planned. Schwartz was able to send a crew of 8 roofers out to complete the job in one day. The roof got a true test the next day when it rained cats and dogs. Everything stayed dry. Schwartz charged more than other companies, but we appreciate that the service warranty is transferable to a new home owner should we decide to move. I would highly recommend Schwartz if you are considering a new roof.

this company is professional from the time of giving the estimate until the clean up and payment process are done when finished.  Punctual with getting the work done, workers were always on time, polite, and seemed very skilled with their ability to do the job.  The cleanup at the end was spotless and very appreciated.  From the beginning until the end, this was a great experience and we couldn't be any happier with our beautiful new roof.  They were referred to us by a relative as they had done their roof and he was really pleased, and this is one referral that turned out better than I could have dreamed of!  Great job!!!
