"Wanted solar powered roof ventilator installed. Said they would be here at 9:30. Sent an estimator instead of an installer. Installer arrived about three hours later by himself (one person for a two man job). I provided ladder and helped him get fan up on roof. Nice fellow. He cut hole but then installed 12 inch fan off center to hole by about an inch. and a half. It's working ok now. But have not had rain to check for any leaks. Price was decent for the labor hours it took to do work."

He came when he said he would and was pleasant and professional. He told me the foundation was fine it was the siding being loose around the windows. He took the time to show me what I had to have fixed on the siding even tho he didn't have to go out of his way to help me find the problem. It is good to see that kind of honesty in a business.
