They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Wanted solar powered roof ventilator installed. Said they would be here at 9:30. Sent an estimator instead of an installer. Installer arrived about three hours later by himself (one person for a two man job). I provided ladder and helped him get fan up on roof. Nice fellow. He cut hole but then installed 12 inch fan off center to hole by about an inch. and a half. It's working ok now. But have not had rain to check for any leaks. Price was decent for the labor hours it took to do work."
