Quality of Windows and Doors was good. Workmanship good. Working with Charlie, Senior Mgr. was very good. He made his presentation, pricing, etc., without any sales talk. He was like take it or leave it. So you are left to make your own decisions without any pressure. Charlie left me with an impression that the job would be good. So overall job was good, price was good, salesmanship was polite and not to forget the installers Josh and company. Thanks to all involved. Highly recommend.

Had 4 estimates...Titan was the only one to tell me about the repairs I would have to make to install new impact sliders! Which included adding more tiles to my existing floor (luckily I had saved 20 tiles for 20 yrs!) Or that they would have to move the doors onto the concrete block. They were the only ones would told me I could have 2 sliders..both moving. AND they came in with the lowest quote of all 4. Their work was flawless and inspection passed the first time! They cleaned up and took all the trash with them! My sliders are beautiful as well as new cabana door! Charlie and Josh did a great job. I would highly recommend them for all your window and door replacements!

Even though the price was a bit high, the quality of work was worth it. You can not get a better value for the money.

My first impact windows and we love em

I previously reviewed this company, but it appears my review was hasty. I discovered that the installation crew never installed screw caps and some window trim; my screens are not attached to the screen frame on the bottom; door frame installation was not plumb and there is an open space in exterior door and weather stripping; and most importantly, I have a small gap between the window and its frame through one can easily see open air space. I have called the company NUMEROUS times, and have received no results. Most of these items would require minor repairs and minimum work time, but once Titan has its money, that's it! Our rep was Tony Terceira. Tony is a very pleasant person, but is seriously lacking in the follow-up department. I also needed written proof of hurricane impact products installed under our permit. These materials are needed for insurance discounts! I had called the company twice and was assured the materials had been mailed to me. I never received the materials until finally, I called Tony and he did email the documentation to me. I am quite disappointed, because I really wanted to like this company. The initial experience was overwhelmingly positive, but once the company was paid, I was unable to receive follow-up service. My recommendation is to make sure you are living in your space at least a couple of weeks before making final payment. Some of the problems I wouldn't have been aware of because I didn't know any better. Thank God for my GC, because I would have been ignorant of most of my problems. I will post on Home Advisor again to let potential customers know if I receive any satisfaction.

when I THOUGHT my lock was broken they came RIGHT OUT and even though it was not broken, they were patient and gave me tips to go forward! Loved them

The project went really well.

Quality all the way. Very pleased from start to finish. Very professional. A no nonsense sales approach. We were tired of games that other window companies played regarding pricing. Building inspector also commented on what a nice job the window installers did. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Titan Building Solutions to others. I just cant say enough about the good experience we had with Titan.

I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again when we are ready to upgrade more windows in our home. Charlie is very professional and courteous, the work they did looks wonderful!

We worked with Tony and they did an excellent job. Tony had excellent commuincation skills and stayed on top of the job. They did the work quickly, they cleaned up after themselves and took away all the windows that were removed. We are very satisfied with the job and will have them back for more work.

My wife and I love our new Huracane windows, self locking when you close them, cut down the out side sound by two thirds, and the house is much, much cooled. looking out they are clear, looking in they have a slite tint. and the screens zipp in and out with two little hide- a - way handles . NO REGRETS. And the Installers were great, very polite , covered everything, and cleaned up was great. You would think they were working on there own home . We had Charles for our sales person, NO PRESSURE. All and All, One of the BEST perchases I ever made
