Your system was operating properly other than the duct system not being designed properly when the house was originally built and that is causing places in your home to be uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the only way to correct this specific problem is to replace a good portion of the duct system, as we relayed to you at the time. I called their office and spoke with Connie who is the mother of the family business and she was so pleasant it s unbelievable . Very friendly and courteous . Once called they arrived within a couple of hours . Jason the sun came and found the problem within five minutes . It needed a printed circuit board And they had one in stock . Long story short from the time I called until the time the unit was fixed was within 3 to 4 hours . I will definitely be using them for all my heating and cooling needs in the future .

From our initial call to the final walk thru before payment, this was a great company! I highly recommend them. McClane did an outstanding job from beginning til end. Our heat pump went down during very hot weather and in 36 hours we were back and cool again with a brand new Carrier heat pump. Will be our go to company in the future.

Of course no one is happy when their AC goes out in the middle of the summer in Georgia. Dozier immediately evaluated the situation and gave me first class assistance. They provided intermediate comfort, and satisfied the replacement of my unit in one day. I highly recommend Dozier. Fan motor went out Sunday night, called Dozier Monday morning, they came out that afternoon diagnosed problem, it was just the motor didnt add on any unnecessary items. Came back next day and fixed it. This is a family owned business that is very honest and reliable. Highly recommend this company.

I contacted Mr. Dozier through Home Advisor regarding an HVAC unit that went out suddenly and condensation had over-flowed the water pan penetrating the ceiling below. He called me within 30 minutes. His very pleasant secretary contacted me the next morning to make an appointment and he was able to make a house call the same afternoon, quickly finding the problem, fixing it and charged me very fairly. He will be my HVAC expert for all future work.

Dozier Heating & Air called promptly after the Home Advisor connection. The office manager was polite and worked with me to find a mutually agreeable appointment time. The office manager called ahead of the technician's arrival, and technician was prompt - just as we expected and needed. The technician was polite and sensitive to our personal privacy, asking for permission to enter the house and rooms. The inspection was thorough. I will be recommending this company to friends and neighbors.
