"I ASKED MS [Member Name Removed] WHY SHE WROTE THIS BAD REVIEW AND SHE SAID SHE WAS MAD WHEN SHE WROTE IT. I am going to see about the leaks today. It was our mistake because of the yard numbers in this mobile home community and this home needed a roof. It was done in 2015 and no water stains according to Ms. [Member Name Removed] until now. I met them there on 8/14/17 and saw several stains but none of them were wet and with the type of ceiling that is in the home it would have been sagging but it was flat. Even the brother with them went on the roof and said he could see no exposed nails and nothing wrong. I sent two roofers out there because there is a hump in the roof all the way down the side and maybe some water could be backing up under the shingles. We sealed everything on the roof. We also had 6 inches of rain in 30 minuets several weeks before and 60 mph winds. In the end she got a free roof and she is going to sell the trailer, so she will not have to replace it at her expense."

We were very pleased with the end result. The only down side was that there was only one man on the install team and it took too long.

"To keep prices competative and to keep quality the same over the entire job we only have one person doing the install. Our prices are far below those in the business that send out 4 to 5 people. Good installers are hard to find and we have one of the best in the area. We can find people that do it faster and the end result shows in their work."

Mr. William Jones promptly answered our request for an estimate. He provided us a detailed explanation of the work to be performed and an estimate of the cost. We agreed and scheduled the time to be done. His workman arrived on time and finished

It took almost a month and a half after the original agreement for the roofing to start. They were very busy because of the winter storm. Once scheduled, they arrived on time and completed the job in a day and a half. The cleanup was adequate but I did find quite a few roofing nails in yard over the next few weeks. There was a problem on the first hard rain where my sunroom meets the rest of the house. I had a leak which ran down an inside brick wall. Called them and they came and fixed the problem within a few days before the next rain. Have had no problems since. Overall, I was very happy with my experience with their workers and sales team. They gave the best quote and did what the agreement stated.

We had used this company before to have storm windows, siding, and gutters installed. Our neighbors had used them, so when we needed a quote to compare with Southern Siding, we called Mr. Jones. His price was far less than Southern Siding, for the same quality of product.

They did a fine job, but when I look back at it I think I could have had the entire roof replaced for that amount of money, never the less they match up the shingles exactly as the original . so for that i am grateful

Jimmy Morris was very responsive and professional as were the crew. He performed the work in a timely manner. The area was totally cleaned up when the job was completed. It has been almost a year since they worked at one of my units. I waited this long to give a writeup to assure there were no problems from rain and winter storms. I have 2 additional properties that require new roofing and I will certainly be using Jones roofing for those properties also.

"[Member name removed], your work was completed on 10/8/2013 and not June 2014. I did everything you asked me to do on your double-wide roof. I re-did everything you did not like. Special order ridge vent you wanted even though what you wanted is not sold in Augusta and replaced what was already installed. I spent 3 days on top of your roof with the installer to make you happy. I am sorry you feel the way you do."

Very prompt in giving me an estimate for the insurance company. Office staff were very helpful. Roofers were friendly and did a professional job. Looks great! Had used them several years ago and have been pleased with their work both times. Would recommend them as a professional company that is easy to work with.

Excellent work, and we are very happy with appearance. In spite of many homes with roof damage after ice storm, they fit us in and replaced the roof in one day. Area was cleaned up and any issues that we had were resolved immediately. Highly recommend them for roof repair or replacement.

Mr. Jones was the salesman and provided accurate and detailed information about the materials and installation. I had many questions and he answered them all satisfactorily. Once we agreed on price and materials I was a little worried about how the schedule would go. I was told i would get notified at least 2 days before any workers showed up. They lived up to that. BUT, they didn't call to let me know the material would be dropped off. Fortunatley, I was here when all the roofing shingles showed up and was able to tell them where to stack them so they wouldn't block my driveway. The roofing was installed first and was completed over 2 days. Installation and clean up were completed to my satisfaction. Next the siding guys showed up. This took about 9 days to complete. The installers were professional and did a good job. About three fourths of the way thru the siding work, the window installer arrived. He hadn't planned on installing all the windows in one day even though i had stipulated this and was promised it would be done that way. After a couple of phone calls, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction with Mr. Jones. The siding guys were pulled off working on the siding and assisted the window installer to get the work done in one day. After all was done, it was a quality job done pretty much on schedule. I would use these guys again.
