"Our experience with King Construction, LLC, was excellent in all regards. Mr. King returned our initial phone call within a matter of hours. He and his masonry supervisor met with us the next day. They gave us a cogent and credible worst-case scenario for what structural problems we would find and how they would proceed to repair it. They provided a detailed work scope and estimate within two days (including having backtracked to find the original brick supplier and confirm availability of materials). Their estimate was not the lowest, but it was the most credible and offered a maximum worst-case limit. We accepted the estimate. Work was started on time and was completed on schedule. "Mike arrive on time and was very professional. He started immediately with the house by applying cleaning chemical. He took his time and made sure every area was clean before moving on. He let water dry on house and then walked around house to make sure he did not miss anything. House and porches took about 2 hours. Mike then did detached garage the same way. The concrete driveway had not been pressured washed in 15 years and he made it look almost brand new. He was polite and if we need anything extra done he did it without question. We have already booked him to redo our deck, repair vinyl siding and fix a couple more shingles on our roof. "
