"Mr. Cortez did an outstanding job replacing the siding above my garage door. He was very communities and even caulked an area near my downspouts. He even checked my other downspouts to make sure they were OK. I was very pleased!"

"We had a deck replaced (down to the joists) with composite decking, side rails and base enclosure. The installation crew was thoroughly professional and efficient. All the joists were covered in waterproof tape before the decking was installed. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Called and talked to Sarah.  She and Brian came within 2 days.  Brian examined the area where a new decorative vent had been put in as well as a new vent boot.  Brain took photos to show me that the decorative vent had not be sealed off in side.  He caulked around both new items.  I tried to pay them for the service call , but they would not take any money.  The roof had been on for 2 years and it was not a problem with their work.  Such great service!

"The estimate appointment went really well even though it was during the weeks of endless rain and thundestorms.  Day one, the back side of the roof was removed and replaced.  Day two, the front side of the roof was removed and replaced.  Before they began removing shingles they placed tarps on the ground where they were working to catch any falling debris.  All of the workers were very professional in every aspect of the working enivornment from the moving of our patio furniture to the removal of debris from the job.  The last thing that they did was sweep around the house for nails that may have fallen into the grass and shubbery.  I could not have been happier with the work provided by the Ray Bullock Roofing crew,  they were awesome.
