Brian did an amazing job and even helped us get through some things the builder forgot with certain brackets in our ceiling. Brian also installed a new outlet for a wine fridge the builder forgot too. One other thing I am very grateful is that I had Brian look at our septic tank (this is a new construction house) and the electricians before wired the thing incorrectly and was filling up and we didn't even know it. Given the reputation of our custom home builder I had him take a look and he fixed the wiring which fixed our pump...THANK GOD! "I had the occasion to call Mr. "Noel" to do some grout work that I seemed to not be able to get anyone to come out and complete before I had a new shower door installed. When I first contacted him it was thought that he was busy for far beyond when I needed the completed, but he found a time, was punctual and did the best job that he could with the prior tile work, he was not completely happy with his job and offered to come back to do a complete removal of the shower base and put in new tile at a reduced rate. Noel was very personable and as most Englishmen (including myself) talkative. I am happy with the work and would recommend him. I have some additional work that I may need done in the near future and will consider calling Mr. Fludgate.
