"Noel arrived right on time, despite having come from a restaurant job he was forced to start at 4:00 AM.  I wasn't sure exactly what was needed in two 1940s era tile floors in two bathrooms, but he sized the job up and proceded to steam clean and regrout two floors.  We also had an one bathroom and one old kitchen sink that had old caulk around them.  He removed the old caulk around those and recaulked them as well.  I was very impressed at how much he was able to get done in the three hours he was there. 
The only negative I would say is that I had to come through afterwards and clean up floors where old caulking residue was left but I would have rather paid him to do the actual work than for him to take his time to vacuum up something I could take care of myself. 
I would use his services again.
