Johnny is excellent. He quickly took a swampy situation and made it into a beautiful pool. He also recommended and installed a new filter, and created better circulation in the pool so it stays clean. Johnny is very responsive and really cares. I highly recommend him.

JAL pools have done many pool jobs for usâ ¦ Digging up and replacing cement under diving board and installing a new diving boardâ ¦ Cleaning up under our old pool lining, checking all underground, piping, and reinstalling a brand new pool linerâ ¦ Getting rid of a green algae After pool with clothes for many years and keeping water in great condition. We love these guys! They do excellent work trustworthy.

Johnny and his team are Awesome! They keep my pool crystal clear and my chemicals at perfect levels! They also do so much more than pool maintenance. I have hired them to replace a liner, repair and level my concrete & paver pool decks and so much more! I highly recommend then for your pool needs!

Theyâ  re quick to respond. They are careful with my gate and dog security. Johnny and crew are on time and friendly. He found me help with a different yard issue. Great job!!

After my husband passed away I thought I could figure out how to maintain my pool. I tried everything and spent a ton of money but it was a green swamp. I finally realized I can not get it right. My pool is a lovely color blue now so I highly recommend J.A.L. Pools.

Charged me for filters part expenses that were not even installed. Did not work out after 1 season.

I would have given a different rating however I had a whole motor chlorinator installed just before the year was up it started leaking I called him to discuss it and he pretty much said it was some thing that I did which I did nothing at all I reached out to him again he never responded never got back to me I had to have another pool company come out and replace the motor that was just one month over a year old and again I wouldâ ve given a better review if he wouldâ ve contacted me back I understand that itâ s a busy time of the year but thatâ s no excuse when you pay someone to install a new system in your pool and have them come back out to look at it and donâ t respond. it wouldâ ve been nice if he responded and tried to assist me but he did not he just totally ignored me I sent him pictures of the pool I still have the messages that I sent to him that I have for proof but Iâ m just disappointed that he never got back to me even though I told him whatever the problem was I would pay to fix it considering that it was right at a year but the problem started three weeks before the year was up and he just never responded he just totally put the blame and said that it was something that I did without even looking when actually it was nothing I did I had to replace the motor a year later a brand new motor so Iâ m very disappointed in that and wish she wouldâ ve gotten back to me I would not recommend him The reviews are great but not for me I just wish you wouldâ ve came back to check his work which was done very fast very quickly which is why I was disappointedð . all I wanted was for you to return my phone call reach back out to me to try and assist me on a system that you installed that didnâ t even make it a year and started having problems and as I said I would have been more than happy to pay for whatever the problem was since I did contact you before the year was up but you never responded back to me after the initial call when you told me that it was some thing that I did Iâ ve had a pool for 17 years and I know how to work them and out of those 17 years it was replaced one time with your company so itâ s not like Iâ m new at it Iâ ve had a pool for a very long time it be nice if you follow up with your work or when someone reaches out to you to let you know that there is a problem. Hopefully if I have a problem again in the future you would respond in a timely manner if you respond at all.

Owner is the most respectful, professional young man. He kept me updated constantly and really understood our needs. We need some parts repaired and he knew what and how to do everything. Any believe how amazing our pool looks now!
