"[Consumer name removed] contracted with us to replace her liner and install a sump pump under her pool to help with groundwater. She was not promised a date; she was told there could be no rain for three days to complete the project. We collected the deposit and ordered her liner, which we have sitting in our garage, as shown in the provided photos. On May 9th at 10:35 AM, [consumer name removed] texted me: "Good morning. Is there any word on a start date? This is [Consumer name removed]." I replied at 10:37 AM: "The rain is killing us. You are on the list. We cant do bottom work when there is a chance a rain. I will let you know when as soon as I know. Rain stinks!" [Consumer name removed] responded to that at 7:47 PM with "👍". Later, on May 9th at 10:40 PM, she texted me: "Hi Pam, Can you please let me know where I am on the list. I send you $4500 two months ago. Josh told me he put in liners in the snow. I am getting concerned." I responded on Saturday, May 10th, at 10:35 AM: "Josh did not tell you that. That is not true and it is impossible to do in snow. You started this in March. I have people that started in November and still waiting. If you havent noticed it has rained almost everyday. You currently have 5 bottoms ahead of you. I will let you know when it is your turn. If I wanted to steal your money your liner wouldnt be sitting in my garage. FYI!" So, [consumer name removed] has been contacted and kept updated on the process. I have her liner on hand, and we're just waiting for her turn and good weather. She won't respond to us by text, phone, or email. I'm not sure how to resolve the issues when she won't communicate with us. We have no real phone number for her, as Angie Leads won't give us one, and the one Angie Leads gave us was temporary and has been removed. I've called Angie to get a number without any response from them. I have [consumer name removed]'s liner right here, and she's welcome to pick it up anytime; she just needs to let us know when she can do that. Or she can be patient and wait her turn, just like the 50 other people who have been waiting as well. Why would I spend $4000 on a liner and then just never contact the customer to install it so I can get the balance? Please see my photos as proof that I do, in fact, have the liner in my possession and am waiting for her to pick up if she wants someone else to install it faster for her."
"I have been working with Beth M. since March. In May she finally decided to go with us, after me taking the time to get her insurance to cover the liner for her. She made the deposit. We have been trying ever since to get Beth M. to allow us to come measure for the new liner during normal business hours. She only states that we can come after 7pm and I am sorry but that is not during normal hours to send someone to measure. When she wants to be a normal customer and allow us to come measure properly we will be happy to."
"Paul, I am not sure what you are referring to here. You met Patrick, Dylan, Billy, and myself. That is more than one worker. You also texted me the day after your job was completed at 12:04 pm. I responded at 8:01 pm and explained that I was on a plane and could not respond sooner, but that I would have someone come out that next day Aug 5th. We came out and tighten your union, which took one turn with a hand to stop it. If you don't think that is soon enough for you, you can never be pleased. Please do not lie in reviews its disgusting."
"Thank you!"
