He was able to do all of the items on my list, from cleaning and restoring grout, replacing a shower floor, regrouting a bathroom and replacing tile in another. "Sam was very professional. He came and measured for an estimate and provided information on the product he uses. Once I accepted the job he was very courteous of my home and kept mess to a minimum. Floors were sanded done, patched, and epoxy and flaking was done. In all the process took about 3 days, most from the epoxy to cure. The end result is a very beautiful textured floor that looks wonderful and cleans easily!"
