Billing - General - Proposals that include allowance items exceeding $1,000.00 are subject to a deposit prior to job commencement. Invoicing is done via fax, email or standard mail, whichever is most convenient to the client. Contractors - TAD's operates on a two week billing cycle with most contractors. Please let us know of any special circumstances prior to project start that would alter the billing cycle. Billing is based on progress only. Homeowners - All billing is due upon receipt. Proposals totaling more than $1,000.00 will be billed progressively and may include a deposit. Warranty - All work done carries a one year warranty, from date that this scope of work is completed, applicable only to work specifically performed by TAD’s Custom Cuts LLC. TAD’s Custom Cuts LLC bears no responsibility for existing work or conditions that may be affected by the work contained in any given proposal. Financing - TAD's Custom Cuts LLC offers no financing options. Discounts - Discounts are offered to contractors when more than one proposal for the same project is approved. Discounts are completely dependent upon any prior negotiation or discount of proposal amounts individually.
