It has been a smooth and pleasant experience even though we live so far from the house we are building and never built, much less contracted a house before. Tom Freemean has made the success of this project, and has such an easy-going personality, hard-work ethic and he is most dependable, too. We were ready for framing to begin in June, 2011 and Tom & crew were there every day until their framing job was complete. Tom would even drive from Rutherfordton to Fairview on the weekends to meet with us since that was when we'd travel there to oversee and 'be the contractor' Then we hired Tom for the siding and trim work, and again, he performed without a hitch. Our house looks great! Solid and beautiful because of Tom Freeman and his company.
