I apologize for the inconvenience. We have been very busy lately and it has been difficult keeping up with every client and those clients necessities. I have been looking for more workers for quite a while now, and no luck yet. We are not usually unresponsive and slow with communication. I am sorry for the way you feel. We make estimates based on what the customer wants done, and based on the property of the customer when we've seen it. We do not operate our services based on what the customer thinks they will pay us when we have not seen the property with our own eyes. We do not charge money unless the job has been completed.
