Our Experiences Cleaning Technicians are very friendly and all love what they do. Whether you need a Technician to deep clean a house , villa , cottage , etc or we send out a Team of Techs to clean an on-going construction build or maybe you want a Professional Cleaning Company to make your office look and smell like new, we have the right Cleaning Package to accommodate our Clients. Last but not least 3 in 1 Cleaning Services is a woman owned and operated company that is a Native here in the Lowcountry

"We paid $1100 - $800 for the cleaning of the empty house and the remainder for interior windows and those exterior windows they could reasonably reach. I particularly mentioned a smell in the house that I thought might be attributed to a plug- in and if they found it, could they remove, a sticky counter (which they promised they could clean), some scuffed walls (same) and dirty refrigerator. The stench was still there(my husband found the plug in-easily found… the stench soon diffused once removed) the sticky counter(no change), scuffed wall, no change, and the floor of the refrigerator is filthy and iced over. Worse yet, as I sat on the stairs, I saw a small aqua lego and what looked like a piece of cereal. When I picked it up, it was a peanut and, being highly allergic, I went into an anaphylactic event. This is not what I expected from “all we leave behind are results…” Cannot recommend."
