"Blue Haven installed my pool and did an excellent job for the most part. They opened a store that sells repair parts and chemicals. My experience on the later is that they are very knowledgeable and respond to warranty issues. They are no good at returning phone calls or doing follow ups. The last three times I have stopped by the store they were out of the chemicals needed for testing the water. I pointed this out twice but as of my last visit, they still did not have the testing chemicals in stock.
