"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are scam artists. Convinced me to hardwire our entire home new construction and they also convinced me to allow them to wire and install a Ring Doorbell and mount and install all of my TVs. After the fact I discovered they didn't hard wire any of them and only connected to wifi. This was a large added expense to hard wire my home. When I confronted them about it as well as our builder the owner they cussed at me refused to fix anything including my doorbell which wasn't working and demanded a $100 fee for them to come back out to my house to "trouble shoot" the issue. This was less than 6 months after installation. Horrible experience if I could give them a negative stars I would."

Even if finding good pros wasn't such a futile exercise, Mr. Sansone is by far the best contractor, installer, business with whom I've dealt within the past 10 years, and that is no exaggeration. In terms of cost benefit of buying the system and his installation service? By comparison to everything Iâve bought and had installed since buying my house in 2014, I'd consider what HLS provided me may have been undervalued, because it's so vastly better than anything I have ordered, bought or had installed or done for any reason in more than four (maybe 10) years. My new commercial grade security camera system is so perfectly user friendly that it's like watching an HD TV with a DVR that does what you want). HLSâ owner installer tech Tom Sansone also instilled hope that a good, hard work ethic is not an elusive sentimental dream or unsatisfiable expectation. His work was so careful and response to my security needs that his work was exacting, clean, professional and so orderly that it replaced my miserable mess of wires, tape, broken and malfunctioning devices and system that had been rendered junk by intruders.
