"After a left a message on the telephone, I received a return call within 10 minutes. We set a date for the service to be done a week in advance. When he did not show at the set time, I called him about an hour later, and he apologized, saying that he forgot. He set another day, and that time, he showed up on time. The kitchen sink faucet was replaced quickly, and it has been working well since then. I have used him before with good results, so I would call him again, if needed, in the future."
