Our roof was damaged in a storm.  Lakeside gave us an estimate to replace the roof and assisted us with filing a claim with our homeowner's insurance company.  Thereafter, Lakeside replaced the roof with an architectural shingle by Owens Corning.  We have always used Owens Corning shingles and been extremely satisfied.  Unfortunately, this lot of shingles was defective and has to be replaced.  Steve Odom, the owner of Lakeside, has been very involved in that warranty claim process.   All of the employees of Lakeside have been friendly and professional during the course of our dealings. Even having to deal with defects, it has been a pleasure working with Lakeside Construction of Columbia.
