The Grout Master

Marty did an excellent job from start to finish. He came to do the estimate, made suggestions and provided a prompt, reasonable quote. He was at my home when promised and the job took about 2 and 1/2 days to complete. Marty kept me informed and went above and beyond with his work. I would highly recommend him!

Due to a leak in my shower through the grout, I spent several weeks getting estimates. The estimates ranged from expensive shower replacement, shower pan replacement, and to finally shower repair. After weeks of searching, I finally found Marty who came to my house and gave me multiple estimates. One for a quick repair and then the other for removing the pan tile and regrouting. We chose the pan tile replacement and grouting option to prevent the issue from occurring again. Throughout the process, Marty was timely in performing the work, excellent in his communication, and performed great work. He was a pleasure to work with and I would certainly reach out to him again. As a side note, he also has great music taste!

Great! Marty with the Grout Master is excellent, courteous, professional and very informative in the process and the steps he takes to get the job done. He was very meticulous about cleaning after he would finish for the day. Also the cost was very reasonable. We plan to hire Marty the Grout Master again to clean the grout on our tile floors in the near future.

Marty was awesome. He is clearly extremely knowledgeable about all varieties of stone and tile and what is best approach for cleaning and restoration. He cleaned the tile and grout in our bathrooms- shower, tub and floor - and they look good as new. He polished our travertine counters to a nice gloss, checking in after each turn until the desired effect was achieved. He was prompt and responsive at every stage, efficient and professional. His rates are reasonable. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him.

Excellent service - Clearly had an excellent knowledge of plumbing and tile, on time, meticulous work, kept owner updated and informed, flexible, provided good ideas on how best to proceed on certain aspects, provided excellent referrals for special order shower doors, had knowledge of disability accommodations needs, cleaned up after the job was finished and came in under budget. Would DEFINITELY use again - hoping he is available for another bathroom next year!

Marty was a true professional. He came by to talk to us about the job, recommended the type of grout and color and explained the marble polishing process to us, the provided a quote and did the work. He was meticulous in explaining what work was to be done each day and cleaned up. He cleaned the marble tile in the shower, fixed our grout and cleaned and polished our floors. It turned out beautifully! He even came back the next week to check on his work. Highly recommend Marty, his work is exceptional.

I've only had positive feedback on Grout Master projects. The prices are fair, they're honest about scheduling (that's rare in the tile world), and they really do put a lot of thought into what cleaning products they bring into your home.

He just finished a project for us and we were very pleased. It took him about a week. We haven't even been able to use the shower until tomorrow because the grout has to dry. I'm very pleased with the job he did and everything.

Marty got in touch with me within 24 hrs and set up an appointment to evaluate the work that needed to be done. He came out and discussed what I wanted done, made measurements and sent out a quote for the work within 3 days of my getting in touch with him. Once I accepted his quote and he agreed to do the work, he outlined what he had going on and gave me an estimated time frame for when he could begin work (within 2 weeks). He actually was able to start earlier than anticipated. His quote was for labor and renovation materials; I supplied the tile, grout, sealer and caulk, plus the shower doors. Marty is professional, prompt, experienced and great at what he does. His honesty and advice during the whole process was refreshing and appreciated. From start to finish, my shower remodel took about 9 days. Marty didn't work Sat/Sun, but offered to if my stress level was getting too high. I am exceptionally pleased with the results and would definitely hire Marty again. In fact, my second bathroom will be up for renovation soon and I will be calling Marty to do the work.

Marty did excellent work, The backsplash turned out great!
We provided the tiles and grout and Marty did all the labor.
We were very close to not having enough tile, but after doing some additional measurements,
Marty made it work.
He was very professional, he was very prompt, and he was very friendly and easy to work with.
His pricing for the job was good.
He also helped me put back our vent fan over the stove after his work was complete.
Good work, fair price, prompt and professional.

Went great.  Marty was punctual and professional.  My wife was very happy with the noticeable difference.  The awesome part was that Marty wasn't satisfied with the first cleaning on the tile, so he came back out the next week and cleaned it again.  All without changing his original quoted price.

Showed up on time, cleaned all the tiles 1 day. Came back the next day and sealed them. Job looks great! He was very professional, and left no mess behind. I have had other people work at my house that we had to clean up behind, but not this company.

My bathroom was transformed into a room that looked brand new at a fraction of the cost of replacing time old tile. He removed old grout, thourly cleaned the tile, regrouted and sealed. He was very professional, on time and followed up. The Price was very reasonable. I recommend him highly. All around nice guy!
