I called this company 10am ona Sunday guess what a real person answered the phone and guess what it was the owner of the company Talked for several minutes on my issue he told me that he would have his team at my house 10am guess what they were here on time including Jason (the owner) Jason said the team would start the project 8am the following morning and guess what on time the next day It took two full days to complete The team was very knowledgeable and answered my questions what an AWESOME job they did You get what you pay for VERY PROFESSIONAL! They came early the next morning and removed the clog wirh a plunger. However, later that evening, a larger clog formed downstream and caused backflow in all toilets, tubs and showers, which now contained dirty debris and solid material. They stated the new problem was similar but different. On that separate trip they dug a four-foot trench and replaced iwith a larger pipe. The overall cost was more than twice the original estimate. Neverthe less, I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Two professional guys came out they were very great at their job, I had galvanize pipes that they had to be removed and replaced and everything is working and draining now! I definitely will be going back through his company to ask for Thomas and Jason

Jason, Thomas and Jacob were great, and they stayed with the project well past end of day on a few occasions. In addition, on a Saturday night, the main water line started leaking. Jason and Thomas came and fixed it at 9am, now that's service! I do recommend Forest & Wildlife Innovations.

The plumber never showed up. I called after over three hours and was told he was there and then left. He was never at my house. Then you had the nerve to charge my credit card!

Business ethics kind of lacking. Did not keep us informed on a lot of things. We had to constantly call or text for updates. Would go weeks and no communication while materials and equipment sat in our yard. Several months went by after we paid for half the job upfront (contractual) before any construction was started. Very messy with the poured concrete once work was completed. I am happy to say so far the work has alleviated, if not completely stopped the issues we were having. This is a plus. But will not recommend it.

Very professional and have the right equipment to handle the job. Came through for me when I really needed them which was after hours.

Completed replacing old sewer line to the City of Columbia sewer line., with PVC Did an excellent job, however, after half of the down payment given, promised to be on job that same week. Had to make calls and finally, the following week, showed up to complete work. I had another issue with sewer pipes under the house, later. Called in November, came out gave an estimate, and agreed on the price to do the job. Had to call every month and tentatively would be promised a callback. Never happened so after 5 months of back and forth trying to schedule my job, I contacted another plumber. The work was professionally completed but lacks upholding the scheduled date of the job. Voicemail stays full and never would answerphone.

They put in a new septic drain field for us. The cost seems a little high, but I have nothing to compare that to really, except the previous install by another company that failed after 20 months. I am certain that they used a much higher quality drain field than the last company (Infiltrator vs crappy EzFlow). Even though the sod gets torn up, they did fix the broken sprinklers and left the yard in much better condition than the last company, who wouldn't fix the sprinklers and didn't even mark the broken pipes. They also shot the elevation of the trenches they dug to ensure proper drainage and flow, the previous company did not.

These people are real professionals at the job. They do all that they can to fix your issue. Jason and his crew are very knowledgeable about the work they perform. In my personal opinion they are the number one people in a number two business. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. I believe they work VERY hard to solve your problem and to make sure you are satisfied with their work. We are glad we choose this company to work on our septic tank problem. And not that we expect problems in the future after they fixed the issue but if it does have any problems with it I believe they will be glad to come back to fix it or to find out why it's having problems again.
