Great job on time

We were buying a 1940 home and decided to have the oak floors refinished before we moved in. I contacted several companies and Chris from Columbia Flooring was the first to call me back. He sounded very professional and knowledgeable. I had read about a process where you just lightly sand/add a coat of poly, without doing the full refinishing job. Chris met me at the house to see the floors and provide an estimate. By then, I had gotten two other quotes for this quick sand/add poly process without either of those companies coming to look at the floors. Chris talked to me about the cleaning materials that have been used on the floors, which I had no info on. So, doing the quick sand/poly could be a disaster. We decided to have him completely refinish them. After listening to us, he helped us pick Golden Oak as our stain after leaving us a few options. The house was left pretty clean, considering all the sanding. Our new floors are so beautiful! Hire Chris at Columbia Flooring!

They came in and completed the job when they said they would. Easy to stay in contact with and they did a great job.

After a significant DIY wood floor refinishing fail, Cheryl calmly talked me off the ledge and reassured me that all was not lost. I left my spare key for them and they came in and restored the floor in my husbands office to pristine condition in a matter of just a few short days. The floor is beautiful and the service they provided was the best I have ever experienced. I trusted them completely to come into my home while I was away and they honored that trust by being respectful of my home and my pets. They communicated very well with me throughout the process. Very responsive. My money was well spent with them. Great investment!

We had significant damage to our floors after a water leak. After dealing with several companies over the past 7 months I contacted Cheryl and she came out and did an estimate to refinish the floors. The other company was going to do the hardwood replacement but they backed out at the last minute. I called Cheryl back and she updated the quote. Christopher was dispatched to do the work and he showed up everyday on schedule.. The work was completed before schedule and it was outstanding. Take my advise and call these folks, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. LTJ

There was a problem with the hardwood taking the stain. They called me before proceeding so I could make a decision on how to proceed. Went back to natural and the end product was beautiful. And follow up service to help me with the scratches I put in floor. Great service and great results!
