After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "Stay as far away from Wayflower as you possibly can (we used them because of a broker, which is another HUGE mistake). From start to finish, Wayflower is unprofessional, unethical, lazy, and an absolute disaster. As shady a mover as we have ever experienced. They demanded cash after loading all our goods on their truck. But they refused to provide a bill of lading. Instead, they had my wife sign a blank BOL, then provided a fraudulent, filled out BOL the next day. No box counts. No bar codes. No knowing if all of our stuff was even on the truck. Upon arrival, they demanded the other half of payment in cash before they would unload anything. And demanded it with only half the load on premise. When they opened the trucks, the majority of boxes ( and plastic bins) were crushed or broken or both. No care at all for our belongings. "Stay away from Budget Movers of Augusta, Inc. Their Google and social media reviews are fake or posted by internal employees to mislead customers. On October 5, 2024, they arrived 50 minutes late with no explanation, bringing no protective equipment or proper tools despite promises from the owner, Jim. Their careless handling damaged my sectional sofa, dining table, garage door stopper, and door knob, leaving me with $650 to $1,390 in repair costs. They also failed to disclose a mandatory two-hour charge, forcing me to overpay for an hour of unnecessary service. When I contacted customer support, I was met with empty promises, repeated excuses, and no resolution. No repairs, no reimbursement, and no accountability. I demand full compensation or immediate repairs. I also urge the Review Board to investigate their deceptive practices and recommend that the Better Business Bureau remove them from its listings. Do not trust this company. Do not hire them. Protect yourself."

"Perfectly Fast Moving is dishonest, manipulative, and flat-out unprofessional. The price doubled the night before the move. Then they tried to raise it again when they arrived. They pushed hard for cash only and no documentation. Their workers demanded a tip before leaving. And here?s the part that really disgusted me: They acted like my final price and their ?favor? depended on me giving them a 5-star review. It felt like strong-arming. Based on what I saw, it seems like the way they get any positive reviews is by pressuring customers during the move or trying to charge more money to get rid of complaints. " I used All My Sons and a moving company to move me from Outer Lexington to downtown Lexington. The movers did not secure things. They were moving a large file cabinet up the stairs. Because it was not secure, the file cabinet tumbled down the stairs. It broke the landing floor, the bottom floor, the front door, and the frame. Also, I found out that the 2 TVs were allegedly stolen. The manager of the company was awful to me. I filed a claim with Corporate and All My Sons and Movers with Estimates. I got cheap estimates. The total was approximately $1900. to fix and replace. (only $1200 to fix the door). I also filed a police report. I also have neighbors who have a ring camera capturing the essentials. Corporate and All My Sons only offered me $350.00 for everything and wanted me to sign a non-disclosure form and release them from liability. "
