"I had 3 bids on painting the cupboards white. Two contractors were very leery of painting the oak doors due to all the heavy grain saying they many not turn out as well as I'd hoped, though they would paint them if I wanted. I had read the great reviews of Phoenix Refinishing and talked to Stevie on the phone a year before I had the work done. It is a large kitchen with many cabinets, drawers and 6 foot island. I also wanted an oak table painted white to match the cabinets. The laundry room has upper and a lower sink cabinets that was also done. After much consideration I hired Phoenix. They were the most expensive bid I'd gotten but I had a lot of confidence in them after the initial consultation. My husband and I are truly thrilled with the results. The work is exceptional, cabinets and kitchen table turned out just beautiful, smooth with a great hard finish. The workers were very nice, respectful, and amazingly clean. I am so very happy we went with Phoenix, they are more than worth the cost. It is certainly not a project you want botched. I frequently recommend Phoenix to friends and family."

"I feel Commonwealth Contracting is very easy to work with. Mike Eippert always responds to any questions we may have had during the process of the work. This is the second major renovation we have had done with "Commonwealth" and both times we were very happy with the results. I will say you need to be patient with how long the project may take. We realized all of these contractors are extremely very busy at this time. However, quality was much more important to me than speed, and all of the work we had done is outstanding. As far as price they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive, however, I feel comfortable that what we paid for the complete renovation was very fair. To me "Quality" of work done is most important and that is what "Commonwealth" provides."

"Jeff arrived at our scheduled time and introduced Wilbur(painter) and asked what all needs  to be done. Wilbur was very fast and most of all neatly. He did a wonderful job painting the room. Jeff and I have been trying to schedule this job for the past month. I had water damaged to the house and cancel several times. Jeff was very understanding and told me that whenever I was ready, he would come out. My concern was the expiration of the coupon. Jeff assure me that he would honor it  at any time I was ready to use it. "I got the estimate in person very shortly after reaching out and the painting itself was scheduled for the next week, which was nice. They did a good job of patching holes, painting and touching up the trim. The site was very clean after they finished."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"Overall the experience I had  working with Trey was excellent.  He called me back almost immediately the first time I contacted him, and he was instantly ready to get started on the job.  Trey stayed in contact with me (or my father who helping out at the house) every single workday to let us know how things were progressing. Trey uses very professional, trustworthy subcontractors.  I left them in my house for several weeks without worrying about a thing.   In fact, one time they were worried about leaving the house key under the mat (where I had been leaving it for them) because someone was outside watching, so they secured it in a different place.  Additionally, Trey happened to be at my house on the last day of work as I pulled up. I went inside to find that the air conditioning was not working.  Even though he was completely done with the job, Trey stayed and tried to help me figure out what the problem was.  He then called his HVAC contact for assistance.  I ended up using them  (from Trey's recommendation), and they came out first thing the next morning.  They were incredibly fair and didn't "take me for a ride" even though they clearly could have.  What I thought was going to end up being an entire new HVAC system only cost me $300.  The work itself was incredibly professional and well-done.  Trey is definitely a perfectionist.  My father (who dealt with Trey more than I did as I was at work most of the time), couldn't say enough good things about him.  He was extremely impressed.  We are having Trey draw up an estimate for further work on a detached garage at the same house."
