Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. Anthony understands the roofing industry, new technological features in rofing practice and the education required to keep up with these changes. Larsen's even teaches roofers in their nicely outfitted warehouses. We paid a small upcharge for the kind of roof we wanted, but all the bells and whistles were included in the quote: chimney covers, intake and outlet vents. The roof is sealed completely, impervious to water and has a 50 yr guarantee. The quote was very reasonable for the level of workmanship we received. Anthony was communicative, responsive, respectful and enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his products. We enjoyed all our interactions with this well-organized and personable Salesman.
