Jim installed a tankless combination boiler/hot water heater on October 30, 2023; he committed to a follow up service call after 12 months, I have been trying to reach Jim since last Oct and he has not returned my calls, now the system needs cleaning and a fix for the hot water supply temp which keeps fluctuating in temp.

They came out here to look at my oil burner...No hot water was the problem Oct 2022...Same problem occurred in July this year....Called them several time left messages. They finally called back said they would be out here on 7/ 11 first thing in the morning. NO.SHOW. NO PHONE CALL WELL NOW IT IS WED July 12. Had to find someone else, It is my tenant with no hot water...This is her cousins husband...I would not recommend them to anyone. No excuse for not calling me back Waited around all day long.

Jim was extremely responsive to our request regarding a water heater replacement. It wasn't an emergency, but he and Tommy got to it within a few days. They are pleasant, explain their views clearly, and are responsible, respectful, and tidy.

I am very happy with the work provided by JMB Plumbing. They did a fantastic job installing a new water heater. They arrived well before the time appropriated. They were very professional and honest. They were clean and quick with the installation. However, they overcharged me $ 41.85. over the stated price. I spoke with Jim and he said he would send a refund. Two weeks later; no check and doesn't return my calls.

JMB Plumbing did a great job replacing our Combo water/heating unit. They were fast and quoted me a very resonable price. The system has been in for two weeks now with no problems.

Showed up super quickly and had our water heater replaced in under three hours. Also did some extra work replacing copper pipes and outdoor spigot and STILL had a better price that larger outfits with more overhead. I can't recommend Jim enough.

Plumber Tommy Tucker was very good about staying on top of things- especially when previous plumbing job affected scheduled appointment- unforseen problems - follow-up calls. Price for changing out garbage disposal was reasonable.

Jim was professional and helpful. He and his helper Tommy worked well together and kept the work area clean. Most of all, Jim’s pricing was reasonable for replacement tankless water heater. He explained the product and the reasons he believed it was the best choice for my project.

They not only removed the water heaterwithout any mess but it was done quickly. I give them an A+

They were so good with the multiple projects I had to get done and were in and out very quickly. I also had Jim give me a quote on the hot water heater to switch it to a tankless.. I will be hiring him to come back to get that done once I am ready to do that project.. I couldn’t be happier .. Oh and a year warranty on all work done included in an already amazing rate..
