"James was extremely responsive. He was able to come over an hour after we called and it was a Sunday! He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to start investigating the issue. He explained everything to my husband and I and showed us exactly where the clog was. James fixed the problem and made sure to clean everything up before he left. He told us how to avoid this in the future and how to maintain the pipes moving forward. James was in a good mood and had a great personality. He made the stressful situation feel a lot better. "We needed to get a new water heater to replace ours due to our warranty being 6 years and we were on the 7th year. We checked Lowe's, Home Depot, and some other plumber's prices. The tanks are affordable but the installation fees were ridiculous. I submitted a request on home advisor and JMB Plumbing was recommended. Jim (owner) contacted me immediately and met with us the same day. He was very friendly, honest, and professional. He quoted a very fair price for the tank and installation. The next day he came back with the tank and installed it. Didn't take much time at all and left the area spotless. We are so happy we found JMB Plumbing and scheduled Jim to come back next week for another job we have been holding off on. We have had a few plumber's in the past few years and prices/quotes are outrageous. My husband and I are very pleased and proud to say, we finally have a plumber!! Hopefully we will not need one often, but when we do, we will call Jim."

"I contacted several plumbers from the Angis list App..I called and spoke to receptionists who seemed to process my request without asking questions. "Our prices start at $$$$$. Ok?" I I called a few more and left messages. Only Arthur Dipetrillo Plumbing and Heating was the first to call back. He asked me a few questions and then he asked me to send him photos of my water tank, including the detailed info on the labels from the front of the tank. I did. Within 15 minutes, he reviewed the information and responded with The MOST REASONABLE quote of all the companies that eventually returned my call! He gave me 2 warranty options. He was prepared to do it right away, so we scheduled it for the next day. He and his son Artie, were here in the morning and greeted me with happy faces, shook hands and right away I knew I made the right choice. They were punctual, highly experienced, professional, efficient, and fast. When completed, Arthur explained some important details and pointed out some potential redflags to look out for. He also explained the warranty process and explained what I would bed to do to get the tax incentive for having investing in Energywise heaters. I'm glad he did because there is a 10 day time limit to submit the information! I highly recommend this family, intergerational business because they take extreme pride in the quality of their work as well as their trade. They're not a franchise that is impersonal and robotic. As I mentioned, their smiles and hand shakes made a big difference to me. Luckily for me, exceptional Customer Service is absolutely their priority!"
