John Morel came in almost one half the cost. The other company wanted to do extra things do do the job, seems that was to make it easier on him. John proved that it was not necessary. He explained everything to my husband and I and showed us exactly where the clog was. James fixed the problem and made sure to clean everything up before he left. He asked me a few questions and then he asked me to send him photos of my water tank, including the detailed info on the labels from the front of the tank. I did. Within 15 minutes, he reviewed the information and responded with The MOST REASONABLE quote of all the companies that eventually returned my call! Made an appointment. Was on time! "Jon the owner is really the best around no doubt,he tackled a job that others literally said it was too much of a job for them, others gave crazy prices off the top Of there head, south county plumbing had the plumbing supply company(Viking no hole depot crap) come out to accurately price out all the materials. Others wanted to take the shortcut and do ?pex? , Jon did all old school copper and no quick connects , everything was soldered .i can say enough , they would be at my door at 7 am sharp everyday. Withought south county plumbing is the areas best plumber , honest, neat, and quality"
