Because of this, we were too spooked to hire another “con”tracor and decided to try a service with a good reputation and warranty. I can not recommend ACE more highly. Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! "George has provided handyman services at my home in the past. Early 2021, I hired Ocean State Property Services to do a kitchen renovation. It did not go as planned due to supply chain disruption and freight carrier delays that resulted in my cabinets arriving damaged from the manufacturer, this did not sit well with OSPS and they quit the job early. George and his team did a great job with the demolition, plumbing and industry connections (i.e. flooring, countertops, plastering). The downside was inefficient communication and negative attitude stemming from the contractor's frustration. In the end, George did not complete the job but left on amicable terms. I would hire George again for another job that had "less moving parts" to it. PS His helpers are fantastic!"
