Kyle is a second generation roofer and his knowledge is excellent. We could understand him, learned to trust him and he was very straight forward with pricing and scheduling. Everything was on time and there were zero excuses. Kyle was on site personally and he was proud that his team was highly trained. They do a 6-nail process, don't walk on the finished shingles and many other "extra" quality processes that show that they are more than your typical roofer, they are craftsmen.

Working with Desautels Roofing was an excellent experience. Kyle and his team were excellent all around. Great communication; work was competed on time and within the quoted price. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up afterwards. Everything that you could want in a roof replacement experience with a bonus of maintenance free gutters!

Excellent job. Kyle took the time to explain the components he was using and their advantages. No games, subcontractors, delays or hidden fees, all at a fair price. I met with several roofers and received quotes from all of them, but Kyle’s expertise and professionalism trumped them all.

"[Member Name Removed] due to covid19 we have been extremely busy with not enough man power as to no one wants to work. This is a very small job and I have to prioritize jobs by emergencies first. I have other customers who house is leaking into there main home so I have to take care of them first. Your roof is just a outdoor awning/ porch. I can get to it but it will most likely be in spring due to winter coming to fast. I have alot of people I was not able to get to this year because of this. F review for not being able to get to the work on time is a little harsh since we do great work and this year was tough on us as a small family business. I can do the job for a little bit cheaper if we can schedule something for spring Ill put you first soon as the weather breaks. Thanks [Member Name Removed]."

It was wonderful. I trusted him enough to take on the kitchen, he doesn't have a huge crew. He put in a new floor, did painting, took out the cabinets and refaced them, and he did wonderful tile work. He took out everything and put a new sink, new tile, and a new floor. He's pretty quick. He had one painter who did the painting. He's prompt, he cleaned up after himself, and easy to work with. I found him reasonably priced.

Can’t say enough good things about Kyle and his work. Just had our roof done and the whole process was wonderful. Great work at a fair price, from estimate to picking out materials Kyle worked with us to make sure we were getting both what we needed in a roof as well as a finished product that would look great. The roofers that came out were some of the hardest working people I’ve met in a long time and they got through the entire project in less than a day, first stripping the old shingles and replacing some plywood underneath that was starting to rot and then installing the new shingles and ridge vent. They were punctual and when they were done they cleaned thoroughly, ensuring there was no stray nails around in the yard or driveway to puncture a tire or foot. I will certainly be using them again for my next project and many more to come.

I contacted Kyle a couple weeks ago; he called back promptly and said he was very busy at the moment, but would try to come by to look at the job over that coming weekend and would call to confirm. He didn't call, so I followed up about 10 days later. I left a message and he called right back saying that he was going to call me and would be able to stop by the next day to look at the job. Needless to say, he never showed up or called to say wasn't able to make it.

Kyle is the "real deal" He returned my phone call immediately, and initiated all further contact with me.(I hate chasing people for work) He showed up on time and completed all of the work he promised he would do.
Kyle had to "undo" another person's mistakes on my deck. My deck was in tough shape. His work was impeccable!
