We found him, his employee, Eric, and their office manager (Kyle’s aunt) to be uniformly great to work with: from first contact, through assessment and estimate, to work completion. We have a septic system so we wanted to make sure we installed something that would not strain our system but would work reliably for years. Although I had researched options for a month, I wanted to hear what a professional would say. We asked Kyle for advice. He inspired confidence during the discussion. He recommended a great fixture, and the toilet installation was done on time, efficiently, and cleanly. He and Eric left the bathroom neat and without any kind of debris, and even though the day of installation was raining heavily there was no mess at all from coming in and out—they treated our property with respect and consideration. We are seniors, and we are paying for this work out of Social Security — so the small discount they offer was welcome, but, even more importantly, the work estimate was accurate too. No “sticker shock.” So far, we are very happy with the new setup. Kyle’s business is a small one, but a more reliable and courteous business than some of the bigger outfits we have had in the past. Hiring workmen can be ridiculously stressful and frankly occasionally infuriating. We had a small business ourselves, so I really am stunned sometimes by how badly some people run theirs. SO often I can’t get plumbers or workmen to follow through on one or more steps in my hiring process; either they don’t come on time or when promised (!), disappear after we ask for a written estimate, or charge us unnecessary fees up front. Plumbing/reliable sanitation is an essential need in every home, and can probably be a difficult profession; but it is necessary for health and well-being. What a pleasure, then, to recommend Kyle’s Fellowship Plumbing and Mechanical. They provide an professional service from start to finish."

"DO NOT HIRE FOR HVAC. Cotti Johnson has been the single worst contractor I have ever dealt with to date. If you have a simple HVAC repair, they may be able to do it but it's a gamble. If you have a large HVAC related work to be done, do yourself a favor and hire a company that understands the equipment they're dealing with. Where to start... I hired Cotti-Johnson to replace my old oil boiler with a modern heat pump system as the main source of heat for my house. Thomas Kelly, who was the initial person that came and made recommendations on the replacement system, should not be in the business of recommending heating systems to people. First of all, there's no heat load calculation of any kind, which is the first red flag but I didn't know any better at the time. They simply guess based on the size of the house without knowing a single thing about insulation or any other factor. Second mistake was recommending a single indoor head for an entire first floor that's separated by stairs in the middle of it. My initial concern with this was dismissed by Thomas who simply said "just give it a try!" Unfortunately, we're now stuck in a position where we can not remove the old boiler because the new system simply can not heat our first floor evenly. We have hot side and cold side and unfortunately our dining room is now permanently cold. It has been months of unanswered calls and emails and numerous back and forth to come up with a solution with still no end in sight. They do not return calls. Third mistake was installation. It took weeks to convince Cotti-Johnson and countless ignored calls and emails to get them to fix a mistake they made with the original install. Even then, they had to make multiple trips to finally realize they didn't account for line lengths accurately and undercharged the system. They finally did admit this and properly charged the system. They simply did not know how to deal with the equipment they're installing. I had to ask for proof of exactly how much refrigerant was being added in order for them finally do a proper calculation and add correct amount of refrigerant. Hire a diamond certified contractor if you want a Mitsubishi system and do not want to deal with these kind of amateur mistakes. Even after they finally did charge it to seemingly proper levels, they never installed back the brass screw caps for the outdoor unit or put the cover back on all the way. All around careless and amateur work. To add more insult to injury, I have been trying to get in touch with Cotti-Johnson for over 3 months for correcting inspection results and so far all of my calls and emails have been ignored. Learn from my mistakes and avoid this company at all costs."

It meant the world to me, let alone my tenant! Aaron is always easily reachable. If he doesn't pick up, he must be actively working and simply can't. I typically text him and he gets back to me very shortly. He has been my go-to guy and will remain to be for as long as I need HVAC services. "They were the first & only Plumber's to contact us and came out the day after we posted. They showed up on time, gave us an estimate which we compared to another we had already had, they had the better bid. We asked when they could do the job & they said right now if you want us to. They started the job and then had to go get a part. They came right back, continued to work on the gas line. The job couldn't be finished that day, they needed to go get one more special fitting and would need to come back the next work day. We paid half in good faith. The following day they returned with the needed fitting, completed the job. Paul & Kevin were professional and courteous, the area was cleaned and everything was in working order.
