"I suppose that to properly review corrigan movers I should have actually seen them move something. Due to the fact that I had waited over 3 hours past the AGREED UPON time to meet the movers and they were still a no-show , I can?t really give a proper review. However , I can review the experience I had ; I needed a small apartment moved and called corrigan movers . Boy , did ?Chris? have all the right answers ! . I felt well at ease after listening to this man?s spiel . We left our discussion with the understanding that there were 3 days with specific time frames that were available for the move . I spoke to chris a few days before the move to check that the times and dates were still available and we nailed down the day and time frame. On the appointed day , at the appointed time , I arrived at the apartment a few minutes early and waited ?. And waited ? and waited - for well over 3 hours . Sales team answered all of my questions and really put me at ease for my stressful move. Made it easy to accommodate changing my dates when my house sale fell through! They were even able to provide packing supplies and storage to hold my items until I was able to move into my new home. Cant thank my movers enough! You guys are the best!"

"The 3 gentlemen who did my move were fantastic--very professional, took great care with everything, and were very pleasant to deal with. Moving is always stressful, and due to a bad back and having to also move 2 cats, I wasn't able to pack everything myself. They were reassuring and finished up the packing, being so extremely careful with wrapping and boxing that, as far as I can tell (not having unpacked everything yet), nothing has been damaged. They even completed the move under the estimate! I'd had to change the date and type of move on short notice and am most grateful to the crew, Marcin and Landra for their patience and expert assistance. I would use them again and highly recommend M & M Moving and Storage."

"THEY ROBBED MY SWEET LITTLE 87 YEAR OLD GRANDMA IN MY KITCHEN AND HAD NO REMORSE! THEY STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS SEE YELP FOR OTHERS WITH THE SAME CLAIMS!!!!! THEY HAD ZERO REMORSE AND GAVE NO FOLLOW UP ON THIS! I do NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST. Staff stole cash from my home. Not trustworthy or professional, staff stole from my 87 year old grandmother. I am a realistic and easy going person and it takes a lot for me to become upset and write a negative review. However, the experience I had with Coutu Movers and my interaction with the owner, Bob, is far from satisfactory. Please do not use this company. I hired Coutu for a move from Rhode Island to Cambridge,MA and while they did a great job of moving my belongings, they did steal from my 87 year old grandmother during the processes and left us all with a sense of unease and insecurity. I hired the movers to gather items from a few different locations in Rhode Island, one of them being my grandmothers home where I had been storing some furniture. The movers went and picked all of my things up and brought them to my new place in Cambridge. Once the movers arrived at my new location in Cambridge they quickly got to work unloading the truck and carrying items into my townhouse. There were 3 gentlemen there and I am not sure which one was the culprit but as they walked by the kitchen table where my grandmothers purse was, one of them pulled her wallet out while our backs were turned. The mover then went to the bathroom and emptied all cash and credit cards out of the Later that day when my grandma went to tip the gentlemen she said “I can’t find my wallet” and the 3 movers heard her say this and she even repeated this statement. One of the movers kept eyeballing my grandmothers jewelry and when he was leaving he made a comment about what nice diamonds she had (keep in mind that 1) this guy knows where she lives 2) the wallet had been stolen at this point). At the time we didn’t think much of this or the fact that my grandma couldn’t find her wallet. After the job was complete I generously tipped each mover $100 and sent them on their way. I then proceeded to do what most people do when they get a new place and clean. I went to my bathroom and began cleaning and when I opened the under the sink cabinet, all the way in the back behind my toilet brush, was my grandmother’s wallet which had been emptied of all cash and credit cards. There is no other way this wallet could have gotten to this location as I had JUST moved in and my grandma had not been there before and the movers were the only other people to enter the apartment. There is no other explanation for it. One of them robbed my grandma while we were all right there, they witnessed and 87 year old woman become nervous as she searched for her missing wallet. This was not the worst part of it. In my opinion, the worst was Bob, the owner. I contacted Bob to tell him of this and I politely said I understand things go wrong but this is an issue which must be addressed. On the feedback survey I also wrote this. Guess what, Bob never called and apologized. Nothing. Nada. Zippo. Zilche. He could not care less. He just told me to go file a police report. I highly advise against this company they clearly are untrustworthy and when something goes wrong they will not do anything about it. Very poor business practice and highly immoral"
