They were good! I had a bed with a remote control. They got all of the furniture put together and installed, but my remote was missing! One of the men from OVO volunteered to come back and lift up the bed so we could get the remote! That was excellent service!

The movers were on time, courteous, and did exactly as we instructed. They delivered the contents to our home in New Hampshire right on time, and put all the contents exactly where we wanted them to. They were very polite and courteous and there were no hidden costs with the move. The agreed upon price was what we paid. I would recommend them to anyone. Our realtor was the one that told us about them and I am so glad she did.

The service was phenomenal. My son felt confident and comfortable dealing with OVO Moving & Storage. They were always courteous and professional on the phone. My son felt the line of communication was always open. Comparing prices of other moving companies in the Boston- North Carolina areas, OVO came in the most reasonable which was also a deciding factor in hiring them.
My entire family will definitely hire them again if we need a moving company. They are a class act!!

It went extremely well, no damage to anything and no damage to the men. They accommodated my request to place sliders under the piece so that I could move it within the space as needed.

"Dear Angie’s List, We have called this customer 3 times, once at a time he requested, and each time he did not return our call in offering to resolve this matter. We do not understand why he made these negative statements. At the end of the move he filled out a customer comment form (copy attached). In his own handwriting he states “Great Job, Thanks”. On this same sheet he answered “Yes” to the following questions: 1. Were you moved in a courteous and professional way? YES. 2. Was your furniture received in good condition? YES. 3. Would you recommend our company to your family and friends? YES. Some facts regarding this move: 1. He never told us anything was damaged 2. Temperature was 98 degrees with a heat index of 107 3. Total travel time was approximately 1 & 1/2 hours. 4. The 26’ moving van was full from floor to ceiling. All this being said we are still willing to speak with this him and come to an amicable resolve. We have tried to speak with him, but he will not answer any of our calls and messages. The movers showed up on time and gave 100% for 12.5 hrs! Turns out I had many more belongings than I thought! The movers remained pleasant the whole time in spite of a long day! They treated my possessions carefully and thoughtfully. They placed my goods exactly where noted and I have been able to unpack fairly easily!
I would definitely use them again....(hopefully not moving any time soon though!). From the moment I contacted Tony and spoke after to Pete, I knew I was in good hands. I was able to pick up free boxes from them (a BIG plus!), and they took away the extras that I had when I unpacked a few boxes while they were here.
