As far as payment options, we always try and accomodate, but have been taken advantage of in some instances, and the cost of chasing a bad check is often times more than what is owed to us. "Donnell, I am sorry that you have these feelings toward our company. We pride ourselves on great customer service, and always trying to deliver the best customer experience we can from start to finish. With your move specifically, during the intake, you were asked about the destination and the access conditions, and whether or not the items would fit into the apartment. You answered, yes. Our crew loaded, and upon attempted unload it was made very clear that the larger items would not fit through the access that was available. When you were made aware of this, your items were returned to Origin, and you were not charged anything for your move, even though we had followed your direction from start to finish. I am sorry that the items would not fit, but some things are out of our control. Additionally, you mention that straps are not used. Our company uses straps, dollies, and every other tool available to us as household goods movers. Your particular move would of required us to hoist an item through a window, which would have required us to know in advance, and increase the manpower to have this done safely and professionally. Regardless, you were charged nothing, and although we are disappointed with your review, we will take stock in your notes, and try harder to anticipate any uncertainties in advance, such as the case here. We have completed hundreds of moves, and 99 percent of our customers find it to be a pleasurable experience, as our reviews suggest.
