"Derek was friendly and professional throughout the entire process of the estimate and the work itself. He was punctual and honest about the state of our chimney. The cost was fair in comparison to other companies we looked into. They were accommodating to our timeline, especially because we have a leak. Thankfully we just needed tuck pointing and crown repair. They left the area immaculate after the staging was taken down. I will have Northern Grey Masonry come back for our fieldstone basement."

"Everything was smooth and professional with one minor exception. The vents were all cleaned as promised. Photos were taken to show us. Everything was explained well. All questions were politely and thoroughly answered. Lowe's sent one man and he did have big equipment to carry upstairs. On one trip up the stairs the employee nicked the wall, but it was minor - we were having someone come to spot paint anyway."
