"Scott was attentive to our request. Over the phone, he was honest about not wanting to estimate the problem - so as not to give inaccurate information. Although he wasn't able to work on the problem - do to an out of date heater - he pulled on his resources, called his fellow plumbers, and gave us an alternative plan, including a trusted company that was, in the end, able to solve the problem for us.
