"Awesome job - everything looked great and they really care about the quality of their work. Nick asked me on each tree/bush if I liked it. Cleaned up nicely and VERY REASONABLE!!!"

"The contractors did a great job! The came on time, were very polite, and really listened to what we needed to have done. They removed several overgrown bushes, trimmed other bushes, and removed a VERY large stump. They spent a long time trimming a crabapple tree in the front yard and consulted us while they worked to make sure we were happy!"

"I would recommend New Way Tree Service to anyone!! They got a very difficult job done and did a splendid job!!!!! Since the tree was so big one of the sections came down so hard that it shook the house and made almost a foot deep impression in the ground. Vladimir came back with soil and grass seed to fix it. I was SO impressed!! He was professional and courteous. He’s been in the business for over 15 years. I highly recommend him!!!"

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

If you want to take your tree-planting hobby beyond your outdoor space, here are a few great ways to do it:

  • Encourage your neighbors to participate in the Arbor Day Foundation’s Tree City USA program, which has a four-step framework that helps communities grow and maintain their own tree cover.

  • Support businesses that plant trees.

  • Lobby your local government to plant more trees around your community.

  • Donate to a tree-planting charity.

Any tree that needs to be pruned should be pruned to remove dead branches at least once a year. You may need to prune far more often if you’re trying to maintain a certain shape or to save a tree that suddenly becomes infected.

Ensures complete removal and mitigates risks of underground root damage.

Trees naturally want to grow upward, so one may straighten all by itself, though this only comes into play when a tree is leaning just a small amount. For trees growing into an awkward position or those leaning heavily in one direction, the above steps are necessary to ensure the tree gets back on the right path. This also holds true for trees planted in a spot with unstable soil.

Full decorating services often provide rental trees for their Christmas packages, so you shouldn’t have any trouble finding one. However, individual interior decorators and others may not offer rented trees, so always check the specifics of their services before booking. Keep in mind that you’ll need to prepare the Christmas tree for pick-up shortly after the holidays.
