Guy Clermont Plumbing & Heating

Guy Clermont came out looked at hvac system and said it needed a new motor on May 28th. Said he have a motor in 1 week and asked fir his service fee plus 1/2 cost of new motor, which i paid. Affter no communication i call him and was told another 1.5 weeks since he changed suppliers. Then after numerous texts he agree to come on a Sunday to install new motor. He was a no show. I never heard from him until the Wednesday July 9th after me sending numerous texts and phone messages. He the made arrangements to come Monday July 14th almost 7 weeks from the start of the job. He was a no show again on the Monday. Finally I gave him an ultimatum 1. Give me my money back, give me the motor supposedly he had and I'd have someone else install or get to the house and complete the job. He said he'd be there Saturday, July 19th at 1000. I waited again and at 1015 he texted hed be there at 1200. At 1117 he venmoed me my money back. I believe he lead me on and never intended to do the job.

Guy and his team are amazing. He gave us lots of options and explained very clearly how each would work. He's maybe not the cheapest, but it wasn't onerously expensive either. The work they do is fast, clean, and the team is very respectful. We'll definitively be using them for future projects!

I was very pleased with the work done by Mr. Claremont. I had another company (Petro Oil) come out first. They charged huge amounts of money and didn’t fix the problem. And didn’t return my calls. Mr. Claremont returned my call right away, was very flexible regarding time and very reasonably priced. He properly identified the problem, fixed it and my gas burner is working just fine. He is also a master plumber. I feel very confident recommending him. He is very nice and very polite

Guy called me back within 15minutes of submitting my online request. He walked me through fixing a problem myself over the phone so I didn't have to pay for a service call. I'm keeping his no. for when I am in over my head. Nice guy!

Guy came in on very short notice. Answered all of my questions and found the source of the problem efficiently and quickly. They had the part in house and came over on CHRISTMAS Eve (no less) and fixed it. He sent an invoice via email as requested and payment was a breeze through the online system. Would highly recommend him for any emergent or non emergency work.

I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They listened to my problem, knew how to repair it, made an appointment asked if I had further problems not to hesitate to call them.
