I called the gentleman and he was prepared to talk to me within minutes. He was extremely thorough during the inspection and explained everything that needed to get done. I could tell by looking in his eyes he’s an honest man. I have two chimneys that are kind of crumbling and he said he could save them for me. I honestly believe every word he says. He treated this Afghan Vet with respect, knowledge and kindness. His prices are extremely reasonable and there’s no way I wouldn’t recommend anybody else for this type of work. I’m going to take before and after pictures so people who are contemplating on hiring these wonderful people.
Thank you again, it’s really hard to find a contractor you can trust. I trust him.

Joseph from Bob's Chimney was absolutely amazing. We originally called these professionals to get our chimney repointed. Joseph came on-site and informed us that our chimney was, in fact, too severely degraded to be repointed. We had crumbling bricks, and the cement holding them together was likely to disintegrate. We had three options: to replace the chimney and install a new one, remove the chimney, and have a general contractor construct a wall in its place, or to have the chimney stuccoed to hold over the reconstruction of the chimney.
We ultimately chose the last option. Joseph and his team came in early, stuccoed the old chimney, and repaired our smoke chamber. The results are beautiful.

The tech did a good job on the cleaning of the duct from the dryer to the outside but he did not vacuum out the dryer itself so I have to do that. For a half hour of work the price was on the high side. But they did come on time as scheduled.

Chimney Cleaning and Inspection
We had just bought a house a month ago and I knew that the chimney requires an inspection. I have contacted united chimney group and on the following day they showed up for the service.
Mike came in and after the inspection he said that we need to do a chimney sweep and he also found a leak that came directly from the chimney.
The cost of the service was reasonable and the service was completed that same day!
I highly recommend united chimney group and most definitely will continue hiring their services next season.
