Steve arrived promptly, and after some troubleshooting identified the problem. Since the system was 17 years old, I asked for a quote for replacing the system. I received the quote the following day, and as it was a reasonable amount I asked to schedule it. The day before the installation, the office called to confirm the installation appointment. Steve, and a coworker arrived promptly on installation day and begun the work. Everything went great. The job was completed in a timely manner, and the work areas were left spotless. "Fixed for fraction of the cost of others, no service fee, and on time! My heater (19 y/o Arcoaire) was not switching on despite a strong signal from the thermostat and the rest of the unit having full power. I was getting a pressure switch malfunction error code, so I called 3 service companies to get estimates. The trashy Goodman guy came out and refused to service it and only offered to replace it $6,000 or Heat+AC for $10,800. Sila said they could fix it for $3,800, or replace Heat+AC for $9,500… THEN… SK showed up the next morning, on time, with plenty of advanced warning, and was clean and respectful. After only 15 min, he had diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the malfunctioning part for less than 10% of the cost (incl. part + labor) of replacing the unit. WHAT!?!? Heater fired up perfectly after being replaced and is working GREAT. DO NOT LET THE BIG COMPANIES HOSE YOU – call SK and get it fixed for a fraction of the cost!"

When our central air system broke, we first contacted the people who installed our system. We were under warranty, but they still ended us charging us $1300 for blower replacement and our system still wasn't working properly. So they said our TXV was broken and it would require thousands more. So we called a few other companies. One company said our control panel was broken and quoted us $1.5k. Another company said we need our WHOLE system replaced for 14000. Our system is only 6 years old. It is a new system. Finally, somehow I found James and his family business. He came and said the blower was on the wrong setting. He readjusted the setting and now it's working perfectly fine. And all he charged us was the diagnostic visit -- for less than a tenth the price others quoted. And the other companies would not have even fixed the problem. We are so grateful we found him and we are excited to recommend him to our friends."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."
