Turtle Tech installed a mini split system in my home. Arrived on time and worked hard for days. Pricing is very fair and I have rarely had such a good experience. Highly recommend.

Our Heater furnace stopped working. Called the company. Left 2 messages, next day sent email and also sent message via website. No response. When called again, got appointment on the next day (day 3). The technician came promptly, before appointment time; diagnosed issue and replaced a part. Good work. Also gave quotes that I requested. Happy with the work.

Hired them to replace a hot water heater (gas). It was a deal on Angi’s list. Everything went perfectly I would hire them again in an instant.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the service, workmanship and overall experience of having Turtle Tech handle my HVAC replacement. Even with all the supply chain related delays everyone is facing these days resulting in a considerable lag between ordering and actual installation, Turtle Tech did whatever they could to push the suppliers to expedite things, kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions, and was always a pleasure to work with. Lastly, having researched extensively and received countless estimates, I can say on top of great service they had by far the most competitive price for a Goodman 97 AFUE Furnace and 17 SEER AC installation. I would highly recommend then to anyone looking for an HVAC replacement.

Turtle Tech installed a new heat pump system in our house. They arrived on time, finished when they said they would, and did outstanding, backbreaking work for a very reasonable price. They replaced a 22 year old HVAC system with high quality LENNOX Central Air and furnace. They arrived on time and completed the job the same day in the time they promised. They registered the system to double my warranty period to 10 years. They quickly furnished the info I needed to get my rebates from PECO. If you want 100% peace of mind and 100% customer satisfaction, then this is the only company you need to call.

Anton from Turtle Tech showed up to make sure that I was purchasing the correct size furnace for my house. It was correct size and I was able to be scheduled for removal of old and installation of new furnace for the next day. Turtle Tech replaced the ductless air conditioning system in my house. The whole process was efficient and problem-free. From the estimate to customer service, billing, and installation, everything was totally professional and pleasant, and the work was done perfectly. Everything works well and looks great.

I received an email from Angie’s List about a deal for a water heater. $750 for 40 gallon Bradford White water heater installation and removal of old from a company called Turtle Tech. I had never heard of the company before but 3 days earlier I had searched for pros on Angie’s List because I was looking to replace our old water heater. I saw this deal and thought there must be a catch. I went and read their reviews and found others who had taken advantage of this great deal. Called Turtle Tech on Monday to ask a few questions and then set up an appointment for Thursday. Tuesday morning we received a phone call that they had a cancellation and were we interested in someone coming out at 2:30. Sure! He actually arrived around 1:15 and by 3:40 he was gone and we had our new Bradford White Water Heater for $750!! Never would have found this company without the help of Angie’s List. Thank you to Angie’s List and Turtle Tech!!! Great job!

Used a $750 deal they had on here and things went great. No mess, very clean install... cleaned up some piping / exhaust as well. Would 100% use again.

Excellent professional clean up after job explained new thermostat

I had Anton and his team install a new Lennox boiler and hot water heater at a property we have in south Philadelphia. Their work was clean and professional and we were very happy with the finished installation. I would and will use them again for future HVAC needs. They registered the boiler for me and I am confident that we will have a safe and dependable heating system for many years to come.

My AC blew out and I got reviews from multiple companies. Turtle Tech beat everyone's estimate by a great margin. Estimates without fluff, fantastic and quick communication back, including my flurry of questions. Work was done quickly after I made my decision. No attempts of upselling anything, in fact I asked for an upgrade and was offered at a great price. All in all, honest folks and great experience. Would recommend to anyone.

After going through an awful experience with a different company, we asked our warranty company to assign us a new provider. We couldn't be happier to have been referred to turtle tech. They quickly diagnosed the problem, submitted the paperwork and stayed on top of our warranty company to move the process along. The tech arrived on time and completed a full furnace replacement in a few hours and for a fraction of the other companies quote. They even went the extra mile and extended the manufacturers warranty for us. Turtle tech will be my first call going forward with or without a warranty. Update: the boiler went at a rental property I own and turtle tech was my first call. They shifted things around to arrive that day for diagnosis. We needed a full boiler replacement (which I previously knew would be the case). I scheduled the service for two days later. I did a quick call around for a second estimate just to be sure and turtle tech was $1,200 below the other quote for the same equipment. The two techs arrived on time and spent an entire day replacing the unit. Couldn't be happier. Thanks again!

Turtle Tech called ahead to let me know they’d be there in 20 minutes. They were polite, quick, efficient and wrapped up taking out an old furnace and installing a new one in about five hours. Can’t recommend any higher.

My old water heater was broken. I checked Angle's list on week end and got the contact info for Turtle tech. Victoria answered all my questions and we scheduled the installation for Monday afternoon. Now it's 4:30 Monday afternoon, I already have my hot water. Very happy with the service!

Overall it was a professional installation. Alex and Herman, THE TECH TEAM, arrived on schedule for the installation. Their work was flawless. Brand new Lennox heater installed. Runs quietly and heats the house quickly. The Techs took away old heater and they were meticulous in clean-up. **THE PRICE was EXCELLENT & QUALITY SALES AND SERVICE** Victoria (in the office) is the glue that keeps this operation running smoothly.
