"Thank you for your feedback. All compliments and criticisms are always welcome. However, we are confused by your negative review. The facts you submitted online are not completely accurate. First and foremost, you indicate in your review that services were preformed and you would not hire us again. However, we did not preform any services for you in fact, we were never even at your property. While speaking with you your vague answers to our questions made it difficult to determine exactly what you were requesting our firm to do. A summary of our interpretation of what you were requesting us to do is; You wanted someone to complete all of the work from the plumber digging up the floor, repairing the plumbing problem to completing all of the necessary repairs in an unrealistic time frame and for a price point lower than you received from the insurance company. You stated you hired a Public Adjuster who took 25% of your rebuild proceeds which left you with not enough money to complete the repairs. We never indicated at any time we didn’t want to do your project because we weren’t going to make a profit. We requested a copy of the insurance settlement in an effort to see what the actual situation was based on facts instead of dealing with the vague explanation you presented over the phone. It was apparent from your slurred words, unrealistic requests, and evasive responses to our questions that there was something unprofessional going on. As for the cursing you referred to, you have misrepresented the facts and we’ll leave that one alone. It is a shame people like you have to resort to reviews like this when they do not get their way. We are a very reputable company as you can see from our many other reviews. We wish you much success in completing your repairs."
