Just wanted to acknowledge the techs, especially Matt, from Calvert Commercial HVAC, for diagnosing what the issue was with the salon HVAC unit and repairing same. The hole was caused by the wire laying on top of the copper tubing, and as you can see the wire's sheathing was missing. Hole repaired, wire repaired, salon now toasty again. It always pays to get a second opinion. Once again, thanks Matt and Rich, for a job well done.

Rich from One Hour Heating and Cooling was great! He took the time to tell me exactly what went wrong and went above and beyond to provide great services on my AC unit. One Hour Heating and Cooling is the only business I would go to for my AC needs.

He explained all the problems, thouroghly checked but it turned out to be Sobieski s responsibly.

After I completed the cleaning of my old 31 year unit I turned everything back on only to find it running great but pushing warm air. I knew I was in trouble (slow leak every since I bought the house) and freon was gone:( . I made a call after your recomendation to A-1 and they were here in hours -on a week-end ! After giving the TECH the info he got right to it. Big Happy, Huge praises for these guys! I am going to update my out dated system with A-1.

Amazing experience! The salesman (Alex Cox) was extremely polite and professional. He was more interested in getting us the product we needed than selling us as much as he could. Even after the sale was made, he stayed in contact through the installation process to make sure we were satisfied. The installation team did a great job too. Professional, hard-working and very knowledgeable. They spent extra time making sure it was right and even widened the duct leading from the unit to improve airflow, at no extra charge. I would highly recommend One Hour not only for the great service, but we are very happy with the equipment and the price we paid for it!

They were good when I started using them and now they are bad. I didn't have hear for four days and they just continued to take their own time.

Now, they are One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. In spite of our area having a heat wave, they were able to come out in less than 2 hours of my call. Joe J. fixed the problem in less than an hour, and my A/C was back on. Great price, too.

Service went very smoothly. Promptly replaced furnace after a cracked exchanger was found.  AC and water heater were old so decided to do it all at once.

they arrived punctual and were professional. went with calvert which is one hour heating now cause have had good experiences with them. the unit has already saved money bexause of its efficientcy. would do business again with them.

Very responsive to our request for quote.  Price wasn't the cheapest - but also not the most expensive.  Crew showed up on time and completed all work within the scheduled time frame.  Employees were very professional and quite attentive to detail.  Overall a very nice job on getting the install done on time and within budget.
