Marshall Services was great!

They arrived on time, showed me the estimated cost, which was a little pricey, but Matt, the service tech, did a great job, I would give him 5 stars.

They did a great job! They were professional from beginning to end.

Lance did the yearly service on our gas furnace & recommend we need a surge protector. He returned a few days later & did the install. Professional, knowledgeable, & does good work.

They are efficient, detail oriented and leave the job clan at the end of the day.

Marshall came into our home with no heat, the installed a new heat pump we've never owned and a new furnace for our winter warm heat and installed a needed return vent. Carlos, George and Tom did a wonderful job, they never stopped moving. When l called Sunday morning Alyssa had her service man here 2 hours later. Sunday morning was 20 degrees and we had no heat. Glenn was here Sunday evening to discuss replacement. Job was started Tuesday morning, and completed the same day. Thank you Marshall!

Bryan serviced our heater, he also told me about the condition of our heater. What it would take to repair it & that the age of the unit would make it too costly to repair. We appreciate your quality work & your advise, thank you.

Put in shut off valves for shower. Is willing to work with tiler and put in drain when shower pan us ready.

My plumber John was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. My job was done quickly and he explained everything that was done. He did an excellent job, I will be using them again

John came and used a TV like device to check before and after clearing the clog. He cleared it. It was excellent.

Marshall does it all, heating oil, HVAC, plumbing etc. Theyâ  re great!

We purchased the Comfort Care maintenance package for our heating and cooling system and were pleased to find out it included a whole house electrical inspection. The electrician Chris completed our inspection and it was wonderful. We learned a lot from Chris like why our high hat lights flicker all the time, the difference in dimmers, code changes since our house was built and several other things. Chris took his time, explained things clearly and quickly came up with prices in the spot for some things we have been wanting to do. We are looking forward to having Marshall back to address some of these issues.

Very honest in dealing with customers. Marshall always places a high value on customer service - not just talk, but they back it up by hiring top quality people. We've used their services for many things and they are polite, prompt and transparent. No high pressure or push to sell a service, but they are honest.
