He also was super informative and also let me know about the other services that he offers and was even able to give me a couple of rough estimates on other projects that we are interested in having done. Which was very much appreciated. The job we hired him for to clean our gutters and downspouts was done perfectly and so quickly. He was even able to check a spot on our roof near the chimney that we were concerned about leaking. He was able to recalk it for us while he was up there. The owner and his workers did great work on about 5 different areas of our house, ranging from holes that had been punched into walls from previous electrical work, damage that had been done during storms and leaking gutters, and cracks in some rooms due to subsidence. In each case, the work was done professionally and completely, addressing the issues and leaving each area looking like new. The employees were very experienced and skilled, making some difficult repair situations look amazing. "We had aggressive wasps around our home and pool. Initially they came out listened to our issue and treated it in a professional manner removing several nests. We paid the higher price that came with a guarantee that if they came back they would promptly remove them again. I called the second time expecting the same level of concern and professionalism that is far from what occurred.A guy came out barely spoke, refusing to listen got out some spray , spoke very rudely was here a total of 5 minutes sat in his truck in our driveway for another 10-15 minutes and then left, we received no paperwork or feedback whatsoever. If I need this type of remediation next year I will definitely not use this company! It is difficult for me to leave a negative review because I am a small business owner and I understand the challenges but I also understand treating people and customers correctly. "
