"Our sump pump pipe in our crawl space became disconnected at the elbow joint resulting in water spraying all over the floor. Despite the problem being visible through the access panel, the technician said the charge would be $888 just to enter the crawl space and diagnose. You should be aware that they charge also $69 just for showing up and this fee is not waived or included in any work that they do. It's in addition to any work. So $957 for 15 minutes worth of work and the price of a PVC elbow joint. I don't know how in the world they justify that."
