I received frequent email updates about the date of service, with a back-up plan for inclement weather. The service was done in less than one business day. The team checked in with me throughout the day and had me check plant placement and input on lighting. Barbie followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied with the project, and she provided me with detailed watering instructions and follow up for maintenance for upcoming seasons.
