"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I'm glad you know that we did an excellent job with your installation and only charged you an extra 85 for the unforeseen problems encountered in your attic and wiring in your wall, which was "doctored up" by a non-professional. I very much appreciate your business and would like to reach out to you and see if there's anything I can do to re-earn your business. I take great pride in providing professional workmanship and your satisfaction is my number one concern. Regarding your headboard, you never attached the headboard to the frame properly. The only thing that kept it from falling in the past, was the mattress, which you removed before my arrival. The headboard was just leaning precariously against the bed frame. When using the vacuum cleaner to pick up any dust from the work performed, the headboard came crashing down, nearly hitting me. The plastic knob fell off and all that was needed was a little glue to put it back in place."
"My assistant and I spent a couple of hours exploring and diagnosing to try and come up with a solution to his problem. He bought an Electro Magnetic Pulse meter and was complaining about magnetic fields in his house. I sincerely tried to accommodate and please him. As you can see from the 99% of the reviews, I always put the customer first and strive for 100% customer satisfaction."
He confirmed the appointment ahead of time, showed up on time, and completed the work promptly. He also cleaned up thoroughly when he was done.
Overall, very pleased.
Dave was very clean and checked with me multiple times to make sure I was happy with the progress being made. He also was able to answer a few unrelated questions for me relating to future projects that I would like to do.
I would not hesitate to call Holly Electric and use them for any electrical needs that may come up, including the projects I have in mind for later in the year.
We had played "phone tag" but each message I left was answered promptly and I appreciate the reminder call he left the day before the service.
