The did a great job

Dave Marks and his assistant did a great job of making the ceiling box, hanging the ceiling fan and adding the electrical for the fan. Came out very nicely. When the job was finished he told me the price had changed. He had quoted me $250 on the phone. He handed me the bill and he had changed it to $335. He gave no explanation for the $85 increase. I should have asked him, but he was clearly in a hurry to go. So, I went down stairs to write the check. When I came back in the room Mr. Marks had the faux crystal bed knob from the bed in his hand. He said it broke. He clearly had snapped it off himself. But, he would not acknowledge it. I was holding the check in my hand while his assistant (sorry I can't recall his name) was trying to fix the bed (it was tilting outward and he was trying to figure out why. Mr. Marks did not help in anyway, in fact he asked me twice if he could "hold the check for me". When his assistant and I finished with the bed I gave Dave Marks his check and said "If there is a problem with this bed knob can I call you?" To which he said "No, It's not my problem. I didn't break it.". Then they left. We were able to epoxy the crystal knob back on, but it was clear that it had been snapped off. There's no way to replace it and it doesn't look the same anymore. Although his work was good, I was very disappointed with Dave Marks lack of professional behavior, quick change on the price and lack of concern about my bed breaking. I would not recommend him for these reasons.

Dave Marks and his son did a terrific job. They were highly professional.  When I first called him, he responded immediately. He also responded promptly to my subsequent e-mails. He showed up right on time, and worked non-stop on all my projects, which took a few hours. He gladly answered all my questions, and provided full and comprehensible explanations. He's an outstanding electrician- highly knowledgable, experienced, and professional. I will gladly use him again!

Dave was able to diagnose the issue over the phone that led me to contact the manufacturer to obtain the correct parts.  Once the product arrived, Dave scheduled me in within a week and repaired the fan (located on a cathedral ceiling) so that it is operating once again.  Dave and his son completed the job quickly and cleaned up nicely.  I finally found a dependable electrician who returns my calls and texts!  He is now my preferred electrician.

We contacted Holly Electric through email. The response was prompt and we were able to set up an appointment right away.  Dave arrived on time and worked in a professional manner. He completed the work we originally planned on plus a couple of last minute items that we added. We were charged a very fair price, and would highly recommend Holly Electric.

We had a great experience working with Dave.  He was very fast in getting back to me regarding the work I wanted performed.  He answered all the questions I had and showed up on time to perform the install.  The work was performed as promised to our specifications.  We will definitely use Holly Electric in the future.

The installation was tricky as there was no accessible wiring coming into the house.  However, Dave and Brian figured out a low cost workaround to get the cable installed with minimal damage to my existing walls.

I really enjoy working with them, they're always on time, they do an excellent job. Their work is always done well and on time.

I was and still am 100% satisfied with the work performed.  They were courteous and professional the whole way through, did top notch work, and cleaned up after themselves.  Nothing at all to complain about here, we will probably have Holly Electric back before the year is out for more work!

They arrived on time and were very professional. They communicated with me by email answering all of my questions before they arrived (which is very convenient for me). Once they arrived they accessed the wht they were going to need as every house is different). They went right to work (father and son) and were done in no time. $600 was a very fair price. I have been ripped off by some BIG companies in the past and got little work and little results. Holly Electric was great and we will hire them again for our next project to install additional lighting in the kitchen. Great experience!

We liked them so we had them come out and do more work. They're personable and their prices are competitive. They were easy to talk to and worked with us to put in the microwave. They worked with me to do what I asked them to do.

Everything works fine.   Very polite, very professional and very much a family run business and felt very comfortable with their work and service.

They are friendly and polite and always clean up after themselves.  I have finally found my electrician and will likely not go to anyone else from now on.

Dave and his son were prompt, professional, neat and courteous.  We reviewed various options for running the wires and tapping into existing circuits vs. adding new.  He let me know the pros and cons of each option, and presented the costs up front.
He confirmed the appointment ahead of time, showed up on time, and completed the work promptly.  He also cleaned up thoroughly when he was done.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time.  Dave showed up in the time window he gave me.  Took a few minutes to assess what needed to be done and was able to complete the job right then and there.  Was at my house for approximately 3 hours.  
Dave was very clean and checked with me multiple times to make sure I was happy with the progress being made.  He also was able to answer a few unrelated questions for me relating to future projects that I would like to do.  
I would not hesitate to call Holly Electric and use them for any electrical needs that may come up, including the projects I have in mind for later in the year.

Installation of branch circuit and microwave took about 2 1/2 hours. All professionally done and works as anticipated.

Arrived 10 minutes early.  Went right to work, explained what was wrong once he'd looked at the fixture, told me how much it would cost, got all the work done in less than an hour.  Very professional and courteous service.
We had played "phone tag" but each message I left was answered promptly and I appreciate the reminder call he left the day before the service.
